It has a very good quality of video and picture quality. It works pretty well in the night too. I am surprised of the video quality in the night. Never thought it will work so good in the night. It detects sounds very clearly and also catches any motion. It provides an instant alert even when baby roll overs or move. It has a split screen functionality so can attach two cameras in one. That awesome. Extra feature of real-time temperature and humidity monitoring is added advantage.

A very worthwhile purchase
I purchased the Dr Care 4’720 Split-Screen 1080P Smart WIFI Baby Monitor to keep an eye on my elderly mom and the aides taking care of her. The aides kept the the monitor so that they could check on my mom while she was sleeping and I monitored her from my phone so I could go home and do what I needed to do. It worked out great, even in the dark. I loved that I could move the camera remotely to check on what was going on around her and zoom in to check on her breathing. My aunt was even able to monitor my mom from her phone as well. I was also able to communicate with my mom through the monitor when needed. Unfortunately, my mom passed but I like this so much I am keeping it to use when my grandkids come to visit. I can keep an eye on them with the monitor and my daughter will be able to check in using the app. This was definitely a worthwhile purchase.

This camera gives me crystal-clear views of my napping baby, and the night vision works like a charm. I love checking in remotely via the app when i am downstairs. The motion alert feature is another amazing feature of this product. Two way talk actually works without the creepy walkie-talkie echo. Stopped working after a month
It stopped working after a month. I tried to troubleshoot as they recommend but it doesn’t work and there’s no way to contact the seller or any customer support through Amazon. The return window closed and now I’m not sure what to do to get support and/or money back!

My initial impressions about the monitor/camera set is that it’s very easy to set up and get working. I powered up the monitor unit, and then plugged power into the camera. The camera took a few seconds to boot up, sounded a small chime sound, and was immediately picked up by the monitor unit without any user intervention.There is very little latency between the camera and the monitor. If I had to estimate, I would say the delay is maybe 250ms from camera to display. The image quality is really good. Take note that the “zoom” is digital zoom, not real optical zoom. The quality of the image degrades significantly when you use the zoom function.The pan and tilt function is also very responsive and the camera reacts almost immediately to your commands. A bit of poor design I found here is that the camera will pan/tilt until it runs into the end of its travel, but will continue to try and keep going, stalling out the motors since it can’t move any more. This could be damaging to the internal pan/tilt mechanism.I installed a microSD card to test the recording function. The microSD card slot is awkwardly located on the black camera dome, only accessible if you rotate the camera upward to expose the slot at the bottom. I’m using a 128GB Class 10 card. The recording quality is quite bad, as if the camera only attempts to record a very low bitrate video stream. The compression artifacts are severe and movement is blocky/jerky. There are no options to change this, so you’re stuck with terrible local recordings. Really disappointing.I was happy to see that the battery pack used in the monitor unit is replaceable, so the device isn’t immediately e-waste in a few years when the battery life is exhausted.Overall, I think the kit is good and has nice quality of life features. I like the monitor unit, how responsive the unit is over the wireless link, and how easy it is to set up. I don’t like the terrible digital zoom, the poor local recording quality, and the awkward location of the microSD card slot.

Previously, we were using the two-way audio monitor that didn’t have any video, and that didn’t offer much comfort or peace of mind. Now, I can see our baby on the monitor if I am at home, or check in remotely through the mobile app. I like the fact that I can share access with up to five different people. One of the best features is the 300-degree pan, and 75-degree tilt which lets you see absolutely every corner of the room. Compared to audio monitors, the motion detection is a life saver, and I get alerted when he moves, wakes up or is on the move in the crib. Setup was incredibly easy, and were able to see a live stream of the nursery within minutes. Overall, if you’re looking for a baby monitor that offers video, recording capabilities, alerts and crystal-clear night vision and room coverage, this is a must-have, especially for new parents to have peace of mind.
