I don’t write reviews unless it’s something that truly works and can help others make an informed decision.I had the worst case of hemorrhoids for a week and tried everything one can think of, prescription cream, otc, natural oils, Chinese cream bought also on Amazon, but nothing works. This product was my last hope and I prayed that it would work. My prayers was answered and without going into much details, it helped with the pain and swelling after one day. I’m on day three of using the balm and I can comfortably sit and walk. Don’t stress out when you get hemorrhoids because it will make it worse. But I know it’s easier said than done. Do a sitz bath before applying to speed up the healing process, and remember to always apply to a clean tush.

I tried the time honored over the counter meds with limited results. A lot of people took time to report positive results with H-Salve. I am happy to say that I have found this product highly effective. Some people reported a burning sensation. I had this for the first half day, but it provided no significant destraction from the other pain in the area.By the following morning there was no pain anywhere. A priceless fact for an ED RN! There was still some unwelcome tissue extrusive, so I continued to use the ointment. After the initial couple of applications on the highly inflamed tissues, there was no filurther burning in all subsequent applications. After some weeks I find the small volume of product to be hardly used. This leads me to believe this small container will last several years. More importantly, things feel very good under there, better than they have in the last decade. Those sensative tissues have responded well to ongoing use. The product likely reduced the reinsurance by adding some slip at a critical part. I have been trying to solve other factors in the issue as well. Swollowing a table spoon of EVOO is helping,too. Between the two interventions there has been no sequella for many weeks. I highly recommend this product.

Pregnancy game changer!
This stuff is amazing! My wife used it during pregnancy following a hemorroidectomy a couple years ago and it worked well to prevent/treat any flare ups or discomfort. It also smells great! Highly recommend this product.

Way too expensive & has canola oil in it! Mixing my own.
It helps, but way too expensive for the tiny amount you get.Plus it has CANOLA oil in it! I thought this was supposed to be all natural? Canola is modified rapeseed oil.

Don’t hesitate if you need H relief!
This product is magical. I had been in pain for days. After reading reviews I decided to give this product a go. I felt relief after the very first application. By the end of the first day this issue is not even noticable! I almost didn’t buy it because the price is a bit more than I would have liked to spend but it is totally worth every penny to get some quick relief. I also really love that it’s made with natural ingredients as well.

I like the product but the jar says 3 ounces as advertised and my container is 2 only ounces , that is shady business , I am being rob 1 ounce
