This Oklar upper arm blood pressure monitor does exactly what it’s supposed to—and it does it well. Setup was quick and simple right out of the box. The adjustable cuff fit my arm comfortably, and the machine provided precise, easy-to-read results on the large LED display. The background light makes it especially convenient to use in the evening or in low-light conditions.I also appreciate the dual-user memory function with space for 2×120 readings. It’s a great feature that allows both my wife and me to track our results separately without needing multiple devices. Works great, super convenient, great value
Works great! So easy to use – plug it into a power source (the wall outlet doesn’t come with it, but the USB-C power cable plugs into anything with a USB port), put the band around your arm, and press start. Gives all the data you need it to, fits comfortably, and seems pretty accurate – I’ve used it prior to going to the doctor’s office and found the readings to be in line with what the doctor’s readings are. The memory feature works pretty well, too! Also great portability – could easily fit in a purse or even first aid kit.To be honest, I’m surprised by how inexpensive this is for how accurate, portable, and convenient it is.

It works, is decent quality, and doesn’t need any batteries. It just isn’t the most accurate thing.
The size, readability, and quality were all fairly nice. For the price it’s decently well made and it doesn’t even require AA/AAA batteries to operate, you can just use a USB-C cable plugged into an outlet to power it. (and if you’re wondering, yes the product comes with one)The main reason why this product isn’t getting 5 stars from me though is the accuracy. While it isn’t so bad that it had deviated over 100 or something, it certainly has issues.To summarize, I usually average around 110 to 120 mmHg when checking my previous medical history. When using this product however, it had deviated around 10 to 20 mmHg for me, meaning I had 130 mmHg. This isn’t too big of a deal for me as I’m still within the “green zone” that this blood pressure monitor is telling me, but it’s still a bit concerning for those who already have a slightly elevated blood pressure that may get a result from this monitor stating they may hypertension.Either way this monitor works just fine. It’s decent quality and it’s convenient. Just know that the accuracy isn’t top notch as it deviates about 10 to 20 points.

Amazing little product for the value!
I’ve been dealing with issues since Covid & was always using a wrist cuff, which I wasn’t sure was as accurate. Very, very easy to set up & work. It recorded my blood pressure within seconds & the screen is large enough anyone can read the numbers accurately. The entire unit is lightweight & can run on batteries or use a “c” charging cable. Comes with its own little carrying bag as well.
