Does exactly what it should
I picked this up when I bought a new microwave to help keep things clean, and it’s been a solid buy so far. I went with the medium size. It’s compact enough to fit in my smaller microwave, but still wide enough to fully cover my large dinner plates.Pros:- Great at preventing splatters and messes.- Super easy to clean (I hand wash mine with no issues).- Collapsible design makes it nice and flat for easy storage.Cons:- Not the best for bowls. It tends to rest directly on top since it’s not tall enough to clear them and still sit properly on the turntable.- It’s advertised that it can also be used a strainer, but in my experience, it doesn’t drain water well. The water tends to get stuck in the slits, so unless you’re in a pinch, I wouldn’t rely on it for that.Overall, I’d say this is a must-have when getting a new microwave. It’s been really handy, and I’m happy with the purchase.

Great Cover!
Love this nifty food over for my microwave. It opens up to 3 different heights to accommodate plates and bowls. Super easy to use! Love the small handle on top and vents so it doesn’t get smelly. Added bonus is it’s heat resistant and non-toxic. Very lightweight! Highly recommend!

I had previously purchased the medium for one of my smaller microwaves. The large is great for a range microwave with greater than 1.6cuft space. It works well and is easy to clean. I would buy this again.

Lacking in height.
Item arrived today and I was disappointed in the overall height. The product is easy to use, simply apply pressure to extend the height for cooking or collapse for storage. Overall height comes in in at just over three inches tall. It covers a dinner plate, but add food and it will stick to the bottom of the cover. Overall width is good at about 12.2 inches. Thickness and color of the cover are decent, plastic material is cheaply made. Value for the money, I would spend a little extra and purchase one that would cover a casserole dish.

I previously owned a medium sized Tovolo splatter cover. The medium cover covers the food on the plate but sits on the edge of the plate. I thought I’d try the larger diameter, but I feel it’s too large. Every plate I’ve tried, the large size covers completely and sits on the microwave turn table. The downsides are that it’s so big it’s difficult to get out of the microwave when covered in steam. Additionally, it’s very big and difficult to fit in the dishwasher when expanded.Otherwise, the product functions as expected and advertised. Tovolo silicone doesn’t smell even after the first use, unlike competitors.I’ve subsequently bought another medium sized cover.

It’s a good product. Does exactly what it’s supposed to, keep your mic nice & clean. The vents on the top are good too because it let steam escape. It’s really easy to clean and it fold down without a problem too. Although I find if I fold it down and leave it on the top of the mic and I’m in a hurry I forget to put it in. So I leave it in the mic as a good reminder. It’s too short for use with drinks/coffee, but good for heated plates of food and small bowls of soup. Really saves cleanup time I recommend it.

This is an excellent food cover for use in the microwave. It is flexible, yet sturdy. The many holes in the cover let the steam escape evenly and prevent over-heating. We use it mainly for popping corn in the microwave and we get best results using this cover (as compared to another cover with only a couple of holes). This cover is also GBA free.
