    Excellent device
This is a really good buy. It is accurate and easy to us. The doctor had wanted a log of my husbands blood pressure and this device is perfect. I connects to app on the phone uploads for to your phone for those records. Perfect

LOVE IT: WIRELESS, EASY, and BLUETOOTH
I bought this to check my mom’s (she’s 92) BP. This device is easy to put on and use. Clear directions and quick start inc. My mom has a very thin upper arm which took me a minute of practice to get on right but it was fine. Also fits easily on my arm which is chunky (large band needed for BP checks). Digital AND WIRELESS using Bluetooth. Most monitors are digital but many are not WIRELESS. There is no tube and pumping by hand. After you set up App and Profile(s) in your SMARTPHONE (easy) you can use, and record BP automatically for different users! I have my mom’s and mine, you just “switch” users and your History will hold your readings. Or, you can just use without your Phone/Bluetooth and take a quick reading which shows up on the device face. Two buttons only. “Start” and one that pulls up last reading on device face. If you like Bluetooth and having an App to store info, PERFECT for you! It truly is easy, just read directions first. I’m NOT a techie person and this is not a complex setup. I’m a 62 yo old-school gal and it wasn’t hard, just normal read the directions stuff. FYI-If you want a reading only (no e-storage) and/or prefer manual, and no phone connections at all—pick another cheaper model that’s just Digital. Oh, btw you recharge like your phone and battery lasts for a number of uses. A fine product!

    Love this whole system
As a heart transplant patient, I have to monitor vitals daily. This is perfect. I have the BP monitors, scale, thermometer and o2 meter. It has been very reliable.I like that it creates a history so you can go back and know where you were with your numbers a year agoEasy to link up to your phone or tablet.I wrote a book and recommended another brand that has since gone out of business. I will be changing it to reflect this brand name. Also check out book: My Beat Goes On – chronicles of the heart transplant patient available on Amazon in nine countriesThe system is very affordable since this is YOUR health, invest in yourself.

    Good product, easy setup
Been using this for a few weeks now and it works well. I like the triple check feature. Feel it gives you a better reading over the single. Easy to set up and control with the app.

No longer holds a charge after just 6 mo, customer service disappointing!
I was hesitant to keep this device because it still used a micro USB port to charge, rather than a USB C. However, after using a few other wireless devices, this device was by far the fastest to register an accurate reading. So I kept the device, and it worked well for the first few months, then, out of no where, the device no longer held a charge. I bought the device last October, and started having issues at the beginning of February 2024.So I contacted customer service explaining the issue, including my info and Amazon order number, and this was their reply:”Thank you for contacting iHealth Labs and I apologize for any inconvenience! This sounds like the Neo stays connected after performing measurements. You can either turn off your bluetooth or force quit the app to sever the connection. Can you also please try doing a firmware reset to the Neo by holding in the start/stop button for 12 seconds or so? Along with this firmware reset, please try uninstalling the app, restart your mobile phone, re-install the App again then re-pairing with the app and see if this resolves the issue. This constant connection may cause for your battery to drain quickly, but if the device is still draining quickly it could be defective. When and where did you purchase the device?Your name and shipping address?Do you have an order number/receipt for the purchase as well as the serial number “SN” of the device?”Thank you,Jade G.iHealth Labs Support TeamThis added to my frustration, because it was clear they either did not read my initial email carefully, or did not read it at all, as I clearly included the order information along with my name and email, so why ask for it again? So this was my reply:I gave you all the order information initial contact email. Obviously, you did not read it carefully, which is again, very disappointed. If you read the previous email, I gave you the Amazon order number and my first and last name.Amazon order# ………….Also, the neo doesn’t stay connected to the app because I turn it off after each measurement and turn off the Bluetooth on my phone to the device. This is a battery issue, I would charge it, and when I turn it on to take a measurement the battery symbol comes on, and flashes. It no longer holds a charge. I’m over it, this is just adding to my frustration. As I stated in my initial email, that you may or may not have read fully, you only can truly evaluate the quality of a company, not when things are fine, but the service they provide when a problem arises. I gave you an opportunity to resolve the issue, and your response has woefully miss the mark. I do not wish to spend any more time on this, I will take the loss, and choose another blood pressure monitor instead. There are many different options to choose from, what sets one apart from the others, is the confidence in knowing that the customer will be taken care of when there is an issue. Ihealth has missed the mark in my case.It was disappointing that the blood pressure monitor failed after just a few months, when the manual says that the service life is around 3000 readings! But this was not a deal breaker, maybe I got a bad device, that happens. I cannot recommend this ihealth product because of my experience with customer service.

    I love this meter!
For many years, I have used an Omron meter – which was good and accurate, but had a number of issues. The main problem was that, if run from batteries (non-rechargeable), it would drain them quickly, and connecting to the mains adapter every time before use was a hassle. When I came across this iHealth unit, I decided to give it a try – and I was not dissatisfied! The unit is small, fitted into a cuff. Battery life is very good, and it is rechargeable – just connect to USB for a couple of hours. The accuracy is good, and I like the feature when you can have three automatic measurements in a row, with 15 second pause inbetween. The unit also integrates with Apple’s Health app, which is also very useful. The only drawback is that it does not give you advance warning when the battery is low (say, at 10% of capacity), and may refuse a measurement when there is not enough juice. I hope they will integrate this feature in future software updates.

    Great buy!
It works very well. I had another one that was a different brand. The company went out of business so had to look for something else. Fortunately I found this on Amazon. Easy to use and seems very accurate.

  8. microdoc

Price, performance (when working), and delivery were all very good.
Very compact, great for, and a must-have for travel, but reads higher than both the certified automatic unit in the doctor’s office, and my bulky table-top model. Automatically saves tests in my i-phone! Unfortunately, the product failed completely a short time later, and was returned.

What a marvellous piece of kit and even comes in its own very smart light grey and orange neoprene zip up case. Very easy to use (but you MUST charge it fully before first use). Showed it to a friend and she has ordered one, also ditching her box and hose type monitor. The app for your phone being free is what sold it to me – many others charge you for the product and then charge you heavily for using it.
