Made recovery more comfortable
This binder has been super helpful in my recovery. It gives good support without feeling too tight, and the hot/cold packs are a lifesaver for swelling and incision pain. I really like how easy it is to slide the packs in and switch them out as needed. The material is soft and doesn’t irritate my skin, and it’s not bulky under clothes. Sizing feels pretty true to what’s listed, but I’d say if you’re between sizes, go with the larger one for comfort. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can shift a little if I’m moving around a lot, so I have to readjust it sometimes.Overall, it’s made my recovery so much more comfortable and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone after a c-section or hysterectomy. Great quality and value for money

Hot & Cold Therapy Ice Pack Waist Belt
Hot & Cold Therapy Ice Pack Waist BeltI have not actually wrapped this around my waist, but did use it on my knee. I liked how big and soft it is.You do have to put the whole thing in the freezer, so this forced me to clean out my freezer to make room. Win win! I put it inside a plastic bag to protect it then left it for a couple of hours.I liked how soft it is. It stays cold for about twenty minutes, which is the longest you should use an ice pack on your body anyway, so that was fine.I did not need it to be in place while I walked around or anything, so it worked well for me. It was nice how cool it felt on a hot day too.I plan to use it just to cool off after being outside on hot days. I can put it on my chest or the back of my neck for that.I also like that you can use it for heated applications as well. This will come in handy as needed.I would say it may not fit really large bellies, so be sure to measure if you want it to fit your abdomen/hips.Be creative about where to place it on your body. It can be used anywhere – you can always wrap it in a thin towel if using at home to secure it against you. I have a microfiber bath sheet that works well for this.It is definitely nice how it is soft and flexible to conform to your body.I highly recommend it. It is an easy and safe option and the the more you use it the better the value will be.

So much comfort and easy to wear
I suffer with horrible cramps. This is so comfortable to wear and I’ve used it both warm and cold. It doesn’t really let you adjust the size very much. It’s very easy to wear and adjust. I get so much relief and support while wearing this. I do think the cost is high, it should only be half of what they’re charging.

Great Gel Pack
This c-section recovery gel wrap is great for smaller people, or larger people who don’t intend to use it as a belt. It’s too small for me to use as intended post-hysterectomy but the gel pad is really nice – it’s big and squishy and very comfortable. It stays a bit cooler than room temperature without even being in the freezer. Overall, the belt is very well made, just not quite big enough for me.Pros💖 Soft, comfortable fabric covering the large, also very comfortable gel pad💖 Sturdy, smooth and yep, still comfortable fabric for the belt💖 Big hook & loop fabric sections for easy, adjustable fasteningCons💔 Too small for bigger and perhaps even average sized people to wear as a belt for c-section or hysterectomy recovery. The waist size is not the measurement to go by as it needs to sit lower than the natural waist, more on the hips, to work properly for the low abdominal incisions and to support the belly. Read and measure carefully, and remember you’ll need extra room while you’re swollen from surgery.💔 The sheet of directions is small and the print minuscule – I can’t read it with 20/20 vision. Thankfully, all the pertinent information is printed on the box, but the insert is useless.

Very comfortable + warms to your body temperature with wear
I haven’t even used the hot/cold functions of this belly wrap, but I love the way that it contours to your body and warms up to your temperature as you wear it. I currently need more compression than this can provide, and I wish that the sizing was a little bit more adjustable than it is. I tend to feel like I just can’t quite tighten it enough. It is rather bulky for wear outside of the home, as this is a pretty thick gel.Over all it’s very comfortable whether worn over clothing or directly against your skin. While my abdominal incisions are already healed, this has not caused any trouble in the area. I have found myself more or less living in this thing at home. I was used to compression extending from my chest to low abdomen, but this is still a nice transitional wrap to wear, with more minimal coverage. I love the shape of this and how low it extends, in the area needed most.

Good For Cooling Areas But Loses Cold Quickly
This binder is good for providing cooling to any area that it can wrap around. It is meant to target the abdomen, and is adjustable to fit a variety of sizes. I used it to wrap around a hip, and found that it was able to provide comfort to that area as well. I placed it in the freezer to cool, and found that it took a few hours to get cold enough to provide relief. Even then, the binder came up in temperature quite a bit after about twenty minutes. During that time, it did provide a nice amount of cooling, and was not too cold. The binder is thin and soft enough to be comfortable. Due to its shape, it is able to be wrapped around various areas, and the velcro holds well. This is a good cooling binder to keep in the freezer for when needed.

Belly band
This belly band was coolish right out of the package. It was that gel like band and I was a bit disappointed it didn’t have much of an adjustment despite the measurements. The coolness lasts a little bit but not as long as I was expecting. I got tired of dealing with the tight awkward feeling that I rested it on my belly area. I’ve only used it in the freezer/fridge, haven’t tried warming it. It is soft but not my preferred belly band. It’s a little pricey at $29.99 for what you get. It’s just a basic band. The instructions are way too small and hard to read!
