Great probiotic
I was taking another prenatal probiotic and decided to switch to the brand in the middle of my 3rd trimester to see how I like it because I really like this brand. It’s only been a week but my mood interestingly has been more positive. Bowel movements have continued to be regular but I really felt like I had to comment on the mood part. If I no longer feel like thats the case, I’ll come back and edit my review.

Gentle Formula – Well Though Out
I got these for my daughter who just had her first baby. She wanted something to support her digestion and overall wellness while breastfeeding and I liked that this probiotic is designed specifically for prenatal and postpartum needs.She’s been taking them daily for a few weeks now and says they’ve been very easy on her stomach with no bloating or discomfort which can sometimes happen with probiotics. I also appreciate that this formula is geared not just toward gut health but also toward supporting a balanced vaginal microbiome which feels especially important during recovery and nursing.The capsules are small and easy to swallow and since it’s just one a day it’s easy to keep up with. No strange taste or burps. So far it’s seems like a premium quality supplement and has been a positive addition to her routine and I feel good knowing she’s getting targeted support during this stage. Effective and good value for the money.

I would never buy this product again….
I had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately it didn’t work for me at all. I didn’t notice any positive changes while taking it, and I was really disappointed considering the price. The formula might work differently for others, but in my experience, it offered no real benefits. I wouldn’t purchase it again.

Great so far!
I usually refrain from purchasing supplements online however after researching these and the brand I am really happy with them. They are third party tested, manufactured in the US and have patented ingredients which gets rid of my safety concerns. In got these to aid in my breastfeeding journey and so far they have been effective. They are small, easy to swallow and have no taste or smell. You n only need one a day so it’s super easy to remember to take on empty stomach each mosing with full glass of water. Probiotics will improve gut health and gut health regulates literally everything in your body including mood. So far my milk production has been great Ave so has my mood! Great value for these probiotics!

Super nice and effective probiotic
I’m a huge fan of Megaspore so I was very excited to give this formula a try. It is easy to use and the size of the caps are not overly too big. I find these probiotics to be effective and I love that they are good quality and safe, without any weird taste. I noticed a difference in my gut and energy levels after using it consistently for a few days.

Have been taking this for just under a week and am so far pleased with it. No smell or taste to the pills, you only need one a day so I take it with my regular supplements, it’s really easy to take. Bottle is small and I can take it with me if I need to travel. Quality seems pretty good especially with the research behind the strains. Time will tell how effective this is, but I intend on taking the full bottle.
