    Perfect for cable machine
    The gym I use had a cable machine with straps that velcro and fall apart when I use them. These are great as ankle straps because the two metal loops can ne clipped to the machine eliminating any risk of velcro malfunctions.

    Great set but wish the band length was adjustable
    This is a high-quality set! Very sturdy, no cheap parts, exactly as pictured. It may better than my (a little differently constructed) original brand-name set which wore out after 7 years. This set comes with a nice little mesh bag for storage – LOVE IT!My only complaint is that the bands are too long for the squat side-steps for which I normally use ankle cuffs (I don’t know what to call the exercise, I learned it at physical therapy). I’m short (5′ 2″) and I’m not getting the effect I want from these. I’ve tried a few different ways to shorten the bands or keep the carabiners/hooks on the outside of my legs to achieve a shortened effect, but it hasn’t worked. Even the highest resistance band isn’t giving me any resistance in my normal movement for this exercise.I hope Flexi Muscles offers bands of varying lengths for this in the future – I don’t see any on their store page now. I’d pay for a separate set of shorter bands.I like that the resistance is color-coded (darker = higher resistance). The width of the cuffs and the amount of velcro, which holds really well, is also great. I don’t need to disassemble the whole thing to get the cuff on/off, just loosen the cuff enough to slide my foot in/out.I have to take a star off for the length problem but I’m truly impressed with the quality of this set! If you’re looking to do kickbacks or other exercises that aren’t side-steps, or you’re average height or taller, get them! Great price for a quality set!

    Resistance bands with less risk!
    I have always been pretty wary regarding resistance bands, I just don’t like the idea of getting smacked by a giant rubber band if they slip. This product helps a lot with that! These hook nicely into wearable cuffs and take some strain off my grip to boot. These are straight forward and easy to use. I liked the different levels of resistance so you can change them out to suit your needs as well.

    Durable and cost effective
    This helps me to change up leg day so I don’t get bored. It’s easy to get the leg bands on and off, so I’ve used them with other resistance straps that have come with not-so-great cuffs. The resistance bands are well constructed, but I should note that they are made of LATEX. I’m allergic, so I just make sure that I’m covered up around my legs and try not to touch the middle of the band to much.The different strengths are helping me to recover strength in my legs that I’ve lost after injuries. So far I’m just increasing reps with the 10 lbs band, but I hope to work up to 20 lbs resistance soon.All of the pieces fit into the included mesh bag that allows me to hang it up with my other equipment. A nice tidy package that takes up little space.

    It’s great, except they sent me 2 of the same resistance straps… so it skips from easy to difficult. 😅

    Good velcro
    The velcro straps hold up well and the resistance bands easily clip on to the straps. I wish it came with more variations of resistance bands.

    Excellent product with quality materials built to last
    Considering the low price, these are some of the best resistance bands I’ve ever used outside a PT facility. Instructions are easy to follow, ankle cuffs comfortable, and the three bands offer enough resistance (increments of 10 lbs.) to progress without overexerting yourself. As a fairly built man (6’1”, 190 lbs.), I totally admit to being humbled by the workouts. As a result, this product has become an integral part of my fitness routine.Zero cons to mention, definitely recommend!
