Great Product
ProBody Pilates Yoga Ball My Physical Therapist said I needed it for my weak muscles. I am doing 2 different techniques with ball. It’s been slow but I’m determined to make my muscles strong again. I am looking for anything that will work. It is an excellent product and is of good quality.

Did my homework and found the perfect 65 cm ball
I kept looking at all the other reviews of the other balls and there’s always gonna be the one star people, but this one for the most part had five stars so I went with it… this is a great ball. I even got exercise pumping it up, which took about three minutes. This will be great for PT therapy.!!

Rips paint off of surfaces it touches
If it is stored against paint (like against a wall) it rips the paint off the surface it’s touching. I thought this would lessen with time, but I purchased mine in February 2024 and I just pulled it out of the closet I stored it in this morning and it ripped paint off the closet door where it made contact. Be careful with storage! At this point I think I’m just going to toss this one and buy another brand.
