Lightweight, good for beginners.
I ordered these because I liked the idea of a 2-in-1 piece of equipment. Less space needed in my little home gym that doubles as my closet and doubles again as my office. Overall, the set functions well as both dumbbells and a kettle ball, but not without some limitations.As dumbbells, this is a lightweight/beginner set. Very light to start with the ability to increase the weight a few times. The weights click onto each and lock in. I have not had any issues with the weights in the couple of weeks I’ve been using them.As a kettlebell, it works good as well. I was worried the handle was moveable and the set would flop around while you are swinging, but it is a secured handle that does not move. And just like using the dumbbells, you can start at a light weight and increase as you get stronger.The main limitation, and it might not even be a limitation but rather a growing out of the product, is if you want to use both dumbbells, in the case, to add more weight, because it gets a little hard to control and sloppy, especially on things like an arm curl. Otherwise, this is a good multi-functional beginner set.

Love the convenience and versatility. More than worth the price. I would ding it one star, because it looked like I got a used one (for the “New” price). But it is a dumbbell set, so I just cleaned it and forgot about it.
