These prenatal vitamins have become my daily vitamin. I added it for the included vitamins like Iron and am now staying with it for the added benefits. I can take anytime as it digests without upsetting my stomach. It has no smell or taste thus easy to swallow.

Before being prescribed prenatal when I was pregnant, I used these while trying to conceive. I have a very sensitive stomach where I burp the pills taste and this one did not do that to me. They are big but it did not cause me any stomach issues or indigestion. They went down easily and I enjoyed these more than the ones I was prescribed.

As helpful as this is for my growing bean I HATE the side effect of heartburn it gives. I have read this is a normal, almost expected side effect but I often wonder if another brand would give me the same reaction. The price was great for the quantity since it holds you over for 6 months and that’s majority of the pregnancy so I dont at all regret the buy. It includes the necessary vitamins for mom’s health as well so definitely an added bonus.
