Great ingredients, great product
I decided to switch to these vitamins after I had my baby because I was feeling very depleted, even with my other prenatals. Within 48 hours of taking these vitamins I noticed a HUGE change in my energy and mood in general. I also noticed an increase in my milk supply. I have never been more sure of a product. They taste great, they do not make me nauseous, the don’t stick together, and the ingredients are top tier. I have switched the whole family to Mary Ruths.

My new fav! I was looking for an affordable and effective prenatal vitamin (12 weeks pregnant). This one has been a life saver! It is very easy on my stomach and does not make me feel nauseous like other prenatal vitamins did after taking. It tastes exactly like strawberries, has no bitter, chalky taste to it! Taste like Candy
The taste and texture of these are delicious. I wish I could eat the whole container. The strawberry taste is not so strong and the texture is nice, not too sticky and it’s soft. I actually look forward to eating these everyday. However, I did notice that it has less percentage of some nutrients than any of my other prenatal vitamins. So you might want to make sure that you’re getting enough of certain nutrients from your regular diet. The reason I didn’t just get these from the beginning was that I thought the price was a little high for just a month’s supply, so my only suggestion is to make it a bit more affordable.

I absolutely loved these vitamins. I was given the appropriate supplements and vitamins I needed for pregnancy and post-pregnancy and I wasn’t sick from the iron like non-chews. They weren’t too sweet and I was able to stomach them without throwing up! Big win.

I had terrible nausea and would throw up after taking pre-natals! Then I came across this and trust me it was a life saver. They taste great, I could keep them down, only 2 gummies which is great. Great quality and amazing ingredients/vitamins. They don’t leave an aftertaste which is a bonus point especially during pregnancy. I am continuing taking this postpartum as well. A game changer!
