I’m not pregnant or planning to be, but my doctor suggested taking a prenatal to support some nutrient deficiencies. I have absorption issues with traditional tablets and capsules, so I typically do much better with gummy supplements. These gummies burst with sweet blueberry flavor, so they feel like I’m getting a treat and they are sugar free. I love that they are sweetened with two of my favorite natural sweeteners; monk fruit and stevia. The flavor reminds me of blueberry candy. I usually like sweeter things, and these definitely fall into that category. What’s really impressive is it has all the essentials like methylfolate, iron, choline, and even vegan omega-3 DHA, which you don’t often find in a multivitamin gummy. The addition of probiotics and superfoods is a bonus. It’s really loaded with all the right stuff, without artificial ingredients and weird extras.The gummies themselves are very chewy but dissolve quickly. There was no residue on my teeth whatsoever after chewing these, which I find rare when it comes to gummies because there is always some sticky residue. The taste is quite sweet, almost like tart candy. I personally enjoy it, but if you’re not a fan of very sweet flavors, this might not be the ideal choice. I also noticed a mild aftertaste, though it didn’t linger for too long. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and nutritional content of this gummy prenatal/postnatal multivitamin. It’s a convenient and deliciously sweet option for anyone pregnant or not. who needs support in key vitamins and minerals, especially if you struggle with absorption like I do.

The texture is just right for me – a little thick but not too chewy. I’m impressed with the quality ingredients on this supplement, from the methyfolate to beet root. Hard to say if stuff like this actually works, especially since I’m already taking a bunch of other vitamins and such for the gym. But it seems to have a lot of good stuff in it, and I’ve never tried this particular thing before. I take them in the mornings before going to the gym and before work, and I do seem to feel more energized at both, so that’s pretty awesome. Might just be a placebo effect, but I’ll take it. No bad side effects either, so that’s good. Value is about average with a one-month supply. They are also free of sugar, gelatin, gluten, nuts, dairy, soy and artificial additives.

A somewhat hard gummy which slightly tastes like blueberry’s.
I am not going to review what this does, as everyones body is different and will react differently. I focus on taste, because there are lots of different kinds to choose from and you should get the best tasting.This is the size of a normal gummy bear, but the texture is different. It’s rougher, but it still breaks apart fairly quickly. It has a slight taste of blueberry, and it was pleasant. The blueberry taste was more prominent in the aftertaste. It took about a minute to go away, but it was never unpleasant That blueberry taste will linger for a bit.
