Best postnatal vitamins!
These are easy to swallow and had all of the main vitamins that I was hoping for in my postnatal. The vitamins didn’t smell fishy like some other brands I’ve tried (and had a nice berry scented tablet in there to help with the smell/taste). I used these later into my postpartum journey with my 2nd child, and if I have another, I’d definitely choose this as my postnatal vitamin again.

The only brand you need!
Literally the best! I can always trust Pink Stork with my maternity and post maternity needs. These are great. I love the ingredients and the fact that they aren’t too large to swallow and don’t taste bad! I get mine on subscription so I never miss a month. I feel confident that my baby is getting the nutrients that she needs when I am taking these. I also believe these increase milk supply which is an added bonus!

Excellent for Post Partum/Nursing
I had a baby six weeks ago. My delivery was difficult due to the position of the baby in the womb. I had a lot of trauma to my spine as well as a 2nd degree laceration to the perineum. This was our 7th child and I have to say my recovery was harder after this birth. This was also our largest baby at 9lbs and 2oz.I knew that in order to heal quickly and properly as well as mentally I would need a quality vitamin. I am also nursing and know how very much the body is depleted while breastfeeding. So, after a lot of research I chose this vitamin. So far I have been pleased. I feel like my mood and energy have been restored much quicker than in previous pregnancies where I just continues my prenatal. I feel my body has healed quicker even though delivery was harder. I will continue to take these until I am done nursing my son.The vitamins are capsule and easy to swallow. They also have a pleasant fruity smell and there is no “fishy taste” that can sometimes happen with other vitamins. I have not had any upset stomach, constipation issues or other side effects from taking it. And while this may not matter to some, I love that on the bottle the company says it was prayed over. My faith is important to me and with the stress of a newborn I am thankful to know I was prayed over. I also like that these are made in the USA. I highly recommend these after birth.

The Best Postnatal Vitamin for Breastfeeding Moms: Clean, Effective, and Worth Every Penny
I’ve tried a handful of postnatal vitamins, but Pink Stork Total Postnatal really stands out. It gave me peace of mind knowing I was getting a clean, comprehensive formula with everything I needed during recovery and breastfeeding. From the vegan DHA to the methylated folate and B12, I could tell this supplement was thoughtfully formulated. I felt more energized, and it definitely supported my milk supply and overall mood during those exhausting early months. Taking just two small capsules a day was easy, and I appreciated the fresh scent they added to the bottle it made a difference, especially when my stomach was sensitive. While it’s not the cheapest option out there, the subscription makes it more affordable, and honestly, it’s worth every penny for the quality and convenience. If you’re a new mom looking for a vitamin that actually supports you during postpartum recovery and breastfeeding, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this. It’s one less thing to worry about, and it helped me feel more balanced when I needed it most.

Great product, funky taste
I really like these, except for the taste. They taste very fishy which is rough for the couple seconds it takes me to swallow them. I do appreciate that they tried to make it better with the berry smell but it doesn’t do much. Otherwise these helped getting through postpartum easier which is always a plus.

Steady Energy!
I’ve taken this supplement for months and am still successfully breastfeeding my 18 month old. I’m a full time Mom so breastfeeding as long as I can was a big goal of mine and I really feel like this supplement has helped. My energy is steady throughout the day, even when I toss and turn at night, and it has a really wide nutrient combination. They’re easy to swallow, I just take them with water at breakfast. I’ve also noticed I haven’t experienced as much “Mom brain” or brain fog while taking them. If you’re looking for a good post partum supplement, particularly while breastfeeding I would definitely recommend trying these out.

Unpleasant taste
I love that these are women-owned, prayed over (even though I’m not religious), and are made with love. However, the taste is unpleasant for me. They smell and taste like algae, which I suppose is better than fish, but is hard for me to stomach. It’s important to get those Omega 3’s though! For this reason, I don’t take them as often as I probably should.

Amazing! Auto shop is a must
I am postpartum for the second time and the first time I didn’t take a prenatal. I didn’t think it was necessary. This time I did research and I realized everything i experienced last time was totally because I should have taken a prenatal. I did more research and found the pinkstork postnatal. Since taking it for the last 2 months my nails have become healthier, my postpartum hair loss is minimal (last time I thought I was going to go bald LOL), my milk supply increased, and my mood is better. I have these on authorship! The flavor isn’t bad. More on the fruity side but I take them with my morning electrolytes so I can’t even taste them.
