Great prenatal.
These are great prenatal. I take 4 instead of 8 as I’m still pregnant and not breastfeeding. Do not get the orange scented. The smell is almost impossible. Lucking in almost through and have repurchased the normal ones for future use.

My Favorite Prenatal in Capsule Form
I am an intense researcher when it comes to supplements, and this is my absolute favorite prenatal. It’s the only prenatal on the market with enough Choline and Vitamin D which are very important for a healthy pregnancy. During my first two pregnancies I wasn’t able to find a “perfect” prenatal, so I just took what was available (I liked MegaFood and Garden of Life back then). But this most recent pregnancy was a difficult twin pregnancy and i really needed to up nutrient game. I’m still taking this prenatal while breastfeeding, and I’ve notice I have better energy on the days when I take it. I do prefer their powder prenatal in my smoothie, but I’m just not able to make a smoothie every day because my hands are so full, so I love having the capsules. You do have to take SEVERAL capsules for a full dose, but I take so many supplements already it doesn’t bother me. This prenatal seems very expensive, but since it can replace several other supplements including your Vitamin D and Choline, it winds up being worth it!

Not a good experience
I was super hopeful about these bc the ingredients are good. Unfortunately, these prenatals have the worst smell when the bottle is opened up to the point where I’m gagging. The scent lingers in the room for a while after and that too makes me gag. Swallowing them is worse. I am burping them up and that aftertaste is also making me gag. Taking 8 pills is so daunting and actually stressful leading up to having to take them. I’ve tried breaking it up by taking 4 pills earlier in the day and 4 later, and with food each time. Nothings worked. I’ve thrown these prenatals up, and it was miserable. I’m going to have to go back to my old prenatals bc I cannot stomach these.

Clean product, but other aspects of this product have made it quite disappointing
I love that this prenatal vitamin focuses on getting mom and baby all the nutrients needed for thriving, but I would say that I have been overall pretty disappointed with this product for a few reasons.First, the stomach discomfort I experienced after ingesting these pills has been significant. Additionally, EIGHTS pills is a lot to swallow if you are experiencing morning sickness or gagging. The size of the pill was not a problem for me, but might be for other women who have a hard time swallowing pills. I would also say the smell is HORRIBLE! It makes the morning sickness even worse than I have already been experiencing!Overall, I have loved the quality of this brand including the 3rd party testing, quality of the folic acid, etc. but I am severely disappointed with the other aspects of this product. I will certainly be trying another brand before going back to this one.

Smells and tastes awful
Great product but honestly they smell and taste sooooo awful, I honestly can’t handle it. You also need to take 8 per day but I have only been able to stomach 4, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening and just taking 4 has honestly been so rough! I also feel like their always stuck at the back of my throat no matter how much i drink or eat through out the day. I like the quality, I like that they are tested for quality but these are just not for me.

So sad
EDIT: I’m changing my rating from 1 star to 5. The company reached out to me and offered a replacement shipped directly from their warehouse. They also offered to send me a scent insert that will help with the smell, it lasts 3-4 bottles. If you are having a problem with the smell reach out to the company! I still give the supplement itself 5 stars. I found out I’m having twins so I’m super glad I switched to these from a gummy to give my babies and body the nutrients it needs. I haven’t had any problems with them making me nauseous. I’m now in my second trimester and the smell isn’t as bad.I give the supplement itself 5 stars, it has the amount of nutrients I was looking for. The quality control gets zero stars. A lot of the pills are poorly filled, I would say about half are only 3/4 full, the rest are either all the way full or less than half full. For $60 I expected better. The amount of pills doesn’t bother me. There are 8 in a serving because of the amount of nutrients in them. You can’t fit that amount into 1 pill so it won’t be a “one a day” type of prenatal. If you want to take less pills you will have to get a prenatal with less nutrients. The smell is pretty bad but so far I haven’t had a problem taking them. To me it smells like rotten protein powder or sometimes an old pee diaper.

Best Prenatals on The Market
I won’t buy another prenatal. These have every nutrient you need while being mindful of sourcing and packaging. Yes, it is 8 pills. Yes, there is no iron in these. Yes, they do sometimes smell. But knowing I am getting so many needed nutrients to support my health and fertility make these 1000% worth it in my book. Subscribe and save, buy on sale, whatever it is–stock up on these! My only complaint is I’m unable to put them in pill boxes because they are exposed to too much air causing them to smell even worse. I emailed Needed and they said this happens when exposed to air / moisture. I keep a bottle on both floors of my house to ensure I take them throughout the day with my meals.
