Suggested Use: Spray onto perineum after childbirth. Postpartum tip: spray or pour onto menstrual pad and freeze for cooling comfort. Sitz Bath Spray can also help if you went into labor but had a C-Section delivery. Shake before using.

This product is truly a must-have for postpartum recovery. After giving birth, your body goes through so much, especially in the perineal area, and finding something that actually brings relief and promotes healing can make a huge difference. This helped!! You need this to help with healing your girl after birth! I used it with my last 2 pregnancy. It was easy to spray down there. I feel like it helped the healing process go quicker with out all of the chemicals.

Absolutely essential for postpartum care. Is there any female issue it cannot improve? I don’t think so! It did do better than the dermoplast! Use it instead of tucks pads, it’s excellent! I’ve even used it beyond postpartum, for a year now. It’s an excellent after shave for “down there”, calms inflamed skin, and has natural deodorizing/antibacterial properties. It was nice to spritz on my underboob and armpits while breastfeeding to combat dreaded boob sweat this summer, so I didn’t need chemical deodorants. It is a perfect post-restroom freshening spritz. The scent is lovely and not overpowering. It doesn’t seem to leave any residue on my skin either, so it’s a great “before” spritz for a romantic evening. My husband complimented the smell while I was in the hospital delivering, and has never complained as I’ve used it daily over the past year.When I got a UTI it relieved some of the symptoms, and also calms irritation from candidiasis.Girls. Do yourselves a favor. Get this even if you aren’t having a baby, but especially if you are. I only wish I’d have known about it for my other deliveries! This stuff is your vagina’s friend! Gift it to expecting moms & they will thank you!It is organic and cruelty free. There are little brown flakes and stains caught on the inside stem, like residual particulates similar to herbal tea. It’s a brown color tonic, but applies clear. The only improvement I could suggest is that the spray bottle can be a bit difficult to use if it’s not totally full. However I managed just fine, and sometimes spread it onto my hand or cotton round and applied it if I couldn’t quite reach.In all I have been using this product for an entire year, and I could not recommend more. It is quite frankly, the best female product I have ever purchased. I am now a life-time subscriber.

Great quality product trapped inside a poorly designed bottle!
Great, effective product for all the down-low woes of late pregnancy and vaginal births.I used this after my first pregnancy, after receiving it as a gift. I will admit that I was skeptical because it’s an all-natural product, and I had some serious post-delivery trauma. But, I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness, and actually found more relief from this than the Dermaplast they gave me at the hospital.So, when I needed some similar care late in my second pregnancy, this product was the first thing I reached for.Like many other reviewers, the application can be a pain…obviously if you’re spraying this on your bum and perineal area you’re probably going to need to turn it upside down…in which case it only sprays if there is already liquid inside the ‘straw’ that attaches to the nozzle…thus, I have to pump the nozzle once or twice, pulling the liquid into the straw, before turning the bottle upside-down to apply it. Not ideal, and obviously wasteful.That being said, if you used this 6 times a day starting late in your pregnancy (for hemorrhoids) and then after childbirth for say 3-4 weeks, you would probably still need just one bottle, despite the poor design that requires wastefulness.

Get this for postpartum! This is very soothing and I contribute this to helping me heal VERY quickly after the birth of my last child. It gave immediate relief and I didn’t even use the whole thing before I was healed (and I used it very generously). So thankful I had this in my arsenal!
