More resistance and new labeling
The only thing that I didn’t like is that the bands aren’t labeled to show what tension level they are, and the long band is not resistant enough for my preference. I’d prefer a higher tension long band. For the most part the equipment is pretty effective at achieving body toning goals.

This product is poor quality! Pads on ring was originally put on by manufacturer crooked. You feel adhesive at every touch from manufacturer. Product feels like a toy for kids, not adult pilates. No pump includes to pump up ball. Tote bag was very cheap. Thus product does not deserve any stars at all. It’s not a product worth $35.99+tax price. Feels like Dollar Tree or 5 Below stores quality. Very poor product. Do not purchase. I returned this for full refund!
