Comfortable, Disposable, and C-Section Friendly
These disposable boyshort-style postpartum underwear worked really well with my C-section incision. They sit comfortably without rubbing or pressing against the area, which made recovery much easier. The fabric is soft, stretchy, and supportive without feeling too tight, and they hold postpartum pads securely in place.Compared to the flimsy hospital mesh underwear, these made me feel much more comfortable and put-together. They’re meant to be disposable, but I found they held up well for multiple wears when needed. They were one of the items I was most grateful to have packed in my hospital bag.

Soft, secure, and a postpartum must-have!
These Frida Mom disposable postpartum underwear were a lifesaver after delivery. They are incredibly soft, stretchy, and breathable, which made them super comfortable to wear even with stitches and swelling. Unlike typical mesh hospital underwear, these feel much more secure and better fitting — they don’t roll down or dig into the skin. The gray color is perfect, They hold postpartum pads in place really well, and I love that they’re discreet under clothes and don’t feel bulky. The material is strong enough to hold everything you need, yet gentle on sensitive skin.Definitely a must-have for postpartum recovery, whether after a vaginal delivery or a C-section. For the comfort and convenience they offer, very Light, I double use them for tree weeks… super functionality I’d say they’re a great value for money and worth stocking up on!

Comfortable, Supportive, and Perfect for Recovery!
Frida Mom postpartum underwear has been a total game-changer during my recovery. The fit is incredibly comfortable and provides just the right amount of support without feeling restrictive. The high waistband gently hugs my belly, helping me feel more secure and confident as my body heals. The material is soft, breathable, and durable, which is essential during those first few weeks postpartum. I also love that it’s designed with extra room and absorbency to accommodate postpartum pads, making everything much easier and less stressful. These underwear have made a challenging time so much more manageable. If you’re looking for quality postpartum essentials that combine comfort and functionality, Frida Mom is definitely worth it!

Loved so much I bought more!
I got these to use in the hospital after my c-section and I am SO glad I did.My weight and height is listed at the bottom of my review for reference. Here’s what I liked:-The crotch area is wide enough to comfortably fit one of the huge hospital pads.-They’re not sheer at all, meaning I could wear them around the hospital room without needing actual pants.-They are extremely comfortable and lightweight.-They are high waisted so they didn’t rub against my incision site.-They are just the right amount of stretchy, never feeling too tight but also snug enough to not fall down.-I’m usually able to get a couple maxi pads worth of use with one pair before needing to switch to a new pair.-They are well made.-They’re surprisingly inexpensive for the quantity and quality. The only con… they leave a weird kind of grippy residue on your skin. Not a crazy amount but just something I noticed…I loved these in the hospital so much that I ordered two more packs when I got home to use with regular maxi pads. 10/10 would recommend and will always get them for a baby shower gift moving forward!I purchased the “regular” size.Height: 5’ 3”Weight at hospital: ~210lbsWeight at home: ~180/185lbsThey fit comfortably at both weights!

Amazing !!!!
These postpartum underwear/shorts are absolutely amazing! They’ve been a total game-changer in my recovery. The material is super soft, stretchy, and breathable — incredibly comfortable to wear all day, even during those early weeks when everything feels sensitive. They provide just the right amount of gentle support without feeling too tight, and they stay in place perfectly. Whether I’m lounging at home or out for a walk, these keep me feeling secure and comfortable. I honestly don’t know how I would’ve gotten through the postpartum recovery process without them!

Worth it
Super soft, stretchy, and breathable—way better than hospital mesh underwear. They stay in place, don’t irritate C-section incisions, and hold pads well. A bit pricey for disposables, but the comfort and support make them worth it for postpartum recovery.

Perfect for postpartum & periods
I lived in these for a few weeks after giving birth. Very stretchy and comfortable, and you can easily add a pad in liners to them. Doesn’t feel disposable yet they are! The fabric is comfortable. Now, sometimes I wear when I am on my period so I don’t ruin underwear when I’m sleeping. I weigh 160 pounds and they fit great. Very stretchy!

Comfortable and absorbent
I’m currently in my third trimester of pregnancy. I needed a comfortable underwear alternative for days when I have more discharge. It instantly made me feel better, and I didn’t have to worry about soaking through my clothes. Quality is seamless and comfortable around the belly. However, they do have a strong smell, which I dislike, so I only wear them on select days. Sometimes they tend to slip down, but it’s not a big deal.

These were great postpartum, felt secure in holding pads. They were super comfortable and supported the parts you needed support for post birth. I used for the first week post birth and highly recommend.

Absolutely LOVE these. These were amazing for after having a baby. They were so comfortable. They hold up well, and offer good extra support. The size was good, and they are quite stretchy.Quite pricey at an expensive time of your life, but worth the money.

I absolutely loved these during my postpartum recovery. They’re a snug fit but still super comfortable, and the high waist offers gentle support for your belly. The material is incredibly soft and doesn’t leave any elastic marks, so you both look and feel good. Putting these on each morning was such a nice boost.
