    Works
Tastes a bit strong for me but it totally worked for me instantly. To drown out the taste it put it over ice with stevia and a splash of milk and it goes down perfectly

    Tea escapes bag
The flavor is nice but there is leaves that escape the bag in every cup. There was so many loose leaves that I had to take all the bags out and repackage them. I will not buy again. Disappointed with the flakes of leaves, not enjoyable.

    Ripped Open
I was excited to try this tea, but when my product arrived, literally EVERY tea bag was shredded and unusable, and I was unable to initiate a product return for damage. Definitely would not recommend.

    Will buy again.
    Great taste.

An effective tea with a great taste!
I’m an EBF mama that is 3 months in to nursing my 3rd baby. While I am not having too much trouble with supply, I do like to have the option of kicking it up a little more so I can pump and store some milk. With my previous pregnancies, I’ve used fenugreek tablets and while they explode my supply, the smell of maple syrup comes dripping out of your pores. No amount of showering can get rid of it and it is pretty gross. This time around, I figured I’d try lactation tea. I had bought the Earth Mama tea myself but was very excited for the opportunity to try the Bamboobies tea since it actually comes in different flavors. It’s not that the EM tea tastes bad but the Bamboobies mango passionfruit is delicious! I actually look forward to drinking this one. The Bamboobies tea also has nice big chunks of the herbs in it and comes in a pretty little sachet (see comparison photos). It’s the little things in life.Neither tea makes me smell much like maple syrup but it is still there a little bit which is to be expected. I feel that they increased my supply well but not quite as well as plain fenugreek. A fair trade to not smell like pancakes imo.For me, this Bamboobies tea is the one I will keep going back to just because it tastes so great. It also looks to me like the quality of ingredients is probably better. Definitely give this one a try!

    Holes in my sachets
I’m giving a 2 star because I think the tea may be working a little and it’s a decent flavored tea (I got the mango). I was drinking this tea in combination with the munchkin berry lactation tea (the berry tea made it taste better but it’s not a horrible flavor on its own) so I’m not sure 100%. However I am upset that every single sachet of tea has a torn hole in it, thus causing the herbs to come out of the bag and float around my mug. It gets in my mouth and that’s unpleasant. I thought it was just one sachet but nope, it was all of them. And then when you unstick the paper tag it rips another hole into the bag so I’ve been having to sift out the herbs. I don’t think I will buy this item again if this is how it comes.

Sweet semlling tea, good taste, and effective on breastmilk (do not use during pregnancy)
The tea has a really pleasing aroma, and is especially yummy with some stevia sweetener and a squeeze of lime. Honestly though you could just drink it alone. After trying it for a few weeks it does a good job with assisting with milk production. Normally my sister has trouble producing milk for her son but it actually helped by promoting milk flow which helps a lot as she wants to exclusively breast feeding. It does take some time for the tea to really take effect. It is not an instant help. It does not take much to product a good amount of tea. It is recommended hot water only and to NOT TAKE THIS DURING PREGNANCY. There are side effects as stated on the bag. It has a pretty long expiration date and you will most likely go through it all in about a month. The mango passion taste is great and not too overpowering. Overall this nursing support tea really helps stimulate the breast milk flow to help with pumping and breast feeding. It does not taste bad but be sure to consult with a doctor before you try any kind of these types of tea to protect you and your baby. There are no artificial additives that I can tell based on the nutrient facts. Everything is stated to be organic to be healthier and safer.
