These are great! The flavor isn’t too bad. But I found if I take them with milk you can’t really detect the flavor. I’m not pregnant yet, so I can’t speak to nausea side effects. But my sister in law is and has no issues, and she has had a rather rough experience with morning sickness. These are great, AND the labels come off SO EASY without leaving sticky residue. So you can use the amber glass bottles for other things 🙂 I will say, taking 3 a day is kinda annoying, but they do make one that’s 1 a day, but it is more expensive. So for that reason, 4.75/5 stars!

I will let you know that I called them & they confirmed Amazon is an approved seller & as long as it says shipped and sold by Amazon, it’s their actual product.Someone on here stated that the 90 and 180 day bottles are a scam because the 30 day is cheaper & it’s one pill versus 3 for the larger bottles… I’m here to clear that up for you. I asked this question to the rep on the phone.She said the 30 day has less of the nutrients & that is why it’s only 1 pill a day. Some people need more of certain items & the 90 & 180 day bottles are 3 per serving because it’s giving you more or certain nutrients. So no, it’s not a scam. If you look at the 30 day bottle you will see it says single dose on the front label and if you look at the 90 & 180 bottle it says prenatal MULTI.Just wanted to clear that up to help some other ladies 🙂 Hope this helped

Been taking these since the beginning of my pregnancy. After lots of research I found these and one of the cheapest options that looked the best. Still kinda pricey but worth it. But prego mommas must take choline with it! Big pills is the only down.

Good but expensive and big pills
I felt like I was really getting good nutrition with this prenatal but the pills were so big and I had to take multiple of them in order to get the right amount of nutrients. As someone who already takes a boatload of supplements, adding two big ones was not ideal and for that reason I won’t be purchasing again. Also the cost of this item is very expensive when compared to other prenatals. It’s probably because the item is organic and everything is made on a farm from whole food sources. If you want an all natural prenatal vitamin and don’t mind taking large horse pills than this is probably the product for you. Especially if you have an unlimited budget, I would recommend it if it wasn’t so expensive.

Love this multivitamin. As a dietitian, I am very particular about what supplements & brands I use. This a reputable brand with 3rd party testing. I truly notice a difference when I stop taking these. I also have not gotten the seasonal cold/flu as often once I started taking these regularly!
