Yields Good Conversations and Responses
This game is very fun to play. The questions are quality questions that really help you get tot know your family better. The size is pretty good. It could be a little too big. The design is fine. It is divided into three different sections of cards for the three different rounds of the game. The box lid doesn’t seal tightly, but this hasn’t been a problem. The color variety is okay. It is mainly red and white. I think this game is better than your average conversation topic product.

recommended purchase!
It’s fun, entertaining, and has great questions that allow you to get to know your partner much better, as well as strengthening your relationship and allowing you to support each other. It’s a great game for getting to know someone, their thoughts, and attitudes with just a few questions!

Great
This game is great! It allowed my friends and I to really open up. I even let someone borrow it and they said it helped moved her relationship in the right direction!

Recommend the cards
This game has been such a fun addition to our daily routine. My husband and I answer the questions every day, and it’s helped us get to know each other on a deeper level while keeping conversations fresh and interesting. We even bring the cards along on road trips, and it makes the drive so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun way to bond and always have something new to talk about!

Amazing Game to Get to Know Someone
I bought this as something to potentially play on a first date. After finally getting an opportunity to crack it open, I can safely say this game is perfect for such an occasion. While some cards were quick fun, or just quick because we didn’t have crazy answers, other cards actually got my date and I to open up quite a bit with each other. I don’t know if I’ll ever have another first date, but if I do, this is 110% gonna be my go to for part of it. Definitely worth the purchase.

Fun and engaging
A great way to learn about yourself and others. As a MH therapist I used this in engagement activities as well as encouraging people with social anxiety to open up, and to build confidence in conversations. Besides that, it is just fun.

No arguments. Just curiosity, connection, and “I didn’t know that about you!
We’ve been together for 20 years and we don’t argue — not because we avoid things, but because we truly get each other. So when we got this game, it wasn’t to fix anything… it was to explore, deepen, and just playfully reconnect in a new way. We’re Not Really Strangers gave us thoughtful, sometimes funny, sometimes unexpectedly touching questions that sparked real conversation. Not “fix-your-relationship” stuff — more like, “Wow, I didn’t know that about you” kind of magic. We laughed, reminisced, and even had a few quiet moments that reminded us why we’re still so strong.Pros:Great for couples who already vibe but want to go deeperSweet, meaningful questionsEncourages conversation without feeling heavyCons:May cause excessive appreciation for your partner 💛Final Verdict:Even after two decades, this little card game showed us there’s always more to learn, appreciate, and love. No arguments necessary.

Not as ominous as my title sounds but this game really digs into your emotions. I’ve played this with my friends, partner and family – all with very different outcomes. I think it’s a great game to get to know your loved ones (or even strangers!) a bit better, and maybe be ready for a few tears. Every time after playing, it give you a great chance to reflect on your relationships and on yourself, which is something I’ve found very interesting.
