Essential Toddler Shoe
We love these shoes! We’ve bought a couple pairs of the snow boots by Jan and Jul, but this is our first time trying these. They are so easy to slip on, are lightweight, comfortable for my toddler, and look great too! I love that they have traction on the sole and around the lip by the toes as well. The traction is great for climbing at the playground or running around outside. The only annoying thing about the traction is cleaning in between requires a little brush, but being that they’re able to be washed you can always rinse them off and let them air dry if you don’t mind waiting a bit. It’s hard to find cute kids shoes that have a wide toe box and are good for their developing feet, but Jan and Jul accomplished both. They fit true to size and the variety of color/patterns is awesome! We’ll be buying a pair every year.

They Fixed the One Issue!
Upgraded insole!! I have been buying these Jan & Jul knit shoes for my kids since they were about 15 months old (so going on 5 years), and have always loved them with one complaint – while they are “washable”, the fabric on the insole would always separate from the actual squishy foam part making them uncomfortable. I noticed on these two latest pairs that we bought that they now have a solid one-piece insole. These are now the PERFECT shoes! Easy to put on, breathable, wide toe box, and washable. Plus all the cute patterns! Love.

Best Toddler Shoes
These are our favorite shoes! I’m pretty sure we’ll order these every time my 2 year old outgrows his current size. This is our second pair and they are just as great. So easy to slip on, haven’t had ANY durability issues, and they clean up really well in the washer. I love that there are a variety of patterns that seem to match some phase my son is in. The white rubber does scuff easily, but again, cleans well. Only real complaint is I do worry sometimes about my kiddo tripping on the rubber tip while running. That seems to be a little more of a concern than some traditional sneakers. But honestly still prefer these given the durability, price, and wide toe box to give those toes all the space they need!

Good value sandal-shoe
These are one season shoes, but they lasted the whole season with daily wear.Pros:- minimal-ish (wide toe box, flexible sole, lightweight, stay on the foot)- quick drying (took insoles out overnight and left outside; sometimes the pull tab at back was slightly damp in the morning)- cute (like, can I have some for me?)- so breathable and good for water that I didn’t have to buy sandals- fit orthotic insoles that one kid needed to start wearing this summer- price!Cons:- only lasted one season (my kids are hard on shoes though)- the insoles that came with started peeling early in the season- fit chubby toddler feet much better than older kid with slim feet (I’d call them “high volume”, but they were still comfortable for both kids)These were the ONLY shoes the kids wore this summer. Obviously, they’re worn out and we won’t be able to save the older kid’s shoes for the younger kid. The younger kid’s shoes are so worn from riding bike and dragging along the cement that the blue fabric is visible on the toe. Overall, I’m happy with them and will probably buy again next summer.

Great multipurpose summer shoe
I’ve been trying to find a shoe that can do it all. Play in wet conditions, be breathable, flexible footbed, attractive, and easy to get on for all involved. My almost 4 year old can easily get these on. They’re easy to get on my almost 2 year old. AND they also like to wear them. We have had zero blister issues.

These are such fantastic shoes! Super easy to put on and my 18 month old hardly ever slips in them! They have great grip and the toe box is wide (which is what children that young need for their growing feet). They’re great for spring, summer and mild Fall/Autumn days but definitely not winter or cold days as they’re a breathable material. My son has used them in the water parks and they dry relatively quickly. I have washed them by hand many times and they have lasted almost daily use for about 4 months now. Definitely recommend these shoes!
