This is not weight adjustable. If you order 20 lbs you get 20 lbs. Also it will fit larger chests. The ai says its adjustable and only fits 45 inch chest. I have a 51 in chest and have room to spare. Ai is mistaken. Its easy to put on and very comfortable unlike a normal plate carrier etc. Worth the money but just wanted to let you guys know the ai is wrong on weight and size. Weight distribution is awesome and its the most comfortable weightvest i own. The open chest design allows room for cross bags and runners vests so theres nothing banging your hips. Great product

Buy it!! This vest has added some intensity to my daily walks. It fits great on my 5’4” frame but definitely can accommodate larger people. It’s adjusts to my frame, is stable and does not shift around and does not have any weird smells. This vest works well and is the perfect weight to add challenge to my every day workouts. It’s a great value!

Great vest! There are a lot of options out there and I’m glad I chose this one. The fit is great and it feels comfortable on. I also appreciate that it has reflective straps for added visibility when using it outside. It does have a slight chemical smell but I don’t notice when Im wearing it, and the black color hasn’t rubbed off onto my clothing even when sweating.

This product is perfect for when you are working out and need that extra push. It’s super comfortable and you can adjust it to either be bigger or small to fit around your chest. I wear it even on days that I am not working out to help with my posture and to tell myself I am doing something for my health even if it’s just walking around the house doing laundry or dishes, I have not once noticed a “sweat smell” even after having it for a few months. I ordered the 12lbs vest and do not regret it.
