Highly recommend for anxiety/panic disorder.
I have to buy a new one but as I’m looking through I’m remembering how many panic attacks this thing got me through. The size is perfect and adjustable. I lost it but I had it for 4 years so durability is great. When I was having an attack I smell the lavender oil and it would calm me down in minutes.

Great idea, needs improvement
I loved the bracelet! My favorite scents are the lavender and bergamot… I mix the two. I’ve worn it every day for a week… I even the scent when my arm moves.When I first got it I was so excited to try it, but could not get the top screwed off for the life of me. After reading reviews I saw it was a common problem. I did what one person suggested and used tweezers inside the holes and turned it with them. It finally worked and I have no problems now.My biggest issue is the band… As you can see, after only 1 week, it is peeling away… I am very sad. It is under the face, so not too noticable, but disappointing. I am hoping I can eventually find a replacement strap.It should be a different material/metal…
