Purchased as gift. Item basically does as intended, but it is heavy and plastic ring can slip off of a smaller foot. It doesnt get used as much as recipient was hoping to due to being clunky.

Works great on grass as well!
This is way better than the ones we had growing up. They are made of plastic and pretty durable. We live in the country so these are mainly ran on grass and dirt and still smoothly go around the kids (7&8). Watching them learn this was hilarious. Only thing was the hook at the end of it to stabilize the string wasn’t on either one that I bought. I just looped it again and has been fine for months.
