Great product and customer service
I purchased this for my twin grandchildren’s birthday and one of the seat brackets was missing, so I contacted the company and they have been very responsive and helpful and are sending me the bracket. I know that sometimes things like this happen but the companies don’t help with the problem. This company was more than willing to make it right and I am sure I will be doing business with them again in the future. Great product and great customer service.

Great Product BUT use my directions instead!
When the package arrived I thought there was no possible way a see-saw was inside the box! The sew-saw was packaged very well and none of the pieces were missing. The quality of this product is phenomenal as well. The metal is thick and sturdy! Not the cheap metal that warps or plastic.The directions however were rough. I understand it is a misprint, so I buckled down and figured it out. I have attached photos where I have written what screws to actually use, and where. Hopefully the manufacturer can fix this small issue. I will also write below the steps with the correct screws.Overall this product is amazing and the directions does not interfere with this product receiving a 5 star review! That is how nice of quality this see-saw is!!**The photo of all the screws are incorrect on the directions**1) step 1 is correct, just use the 6 little baby sized screws.2) step 2 you are going to find the screws that there are only 3 of. Use those for step 2.3) step 3 you are going to use the 1 screw that is bigger than all the others and the threads only go half way up the screw.***Take a moment here and gather your screws, there are 12 screws that are VERY similar. However, 4 out of 12 screws are a little bit shorter, the remaining 8 screws that are a bit longer will be used later***4) Use the 4 out of the 12 shorter screws and use them for attaching the handle on step 4.5) step 5 we finally get to use the 4 really fat chunky screws to attach the seats.***Remember a few steps ago when we found the 12 screws that were very similar but 4 were shorter than the other 8? Well step 6 & step 7 are going to use those 8 screws that were a bit longer.6) After using the 8 remaining screws and washers for steps 6 and 7, you now have a well made, sturdy see-saw!I hope my directions help!!

Sturdy, Fun, and Surprisingly Versatile Outdoor Seesaw
This seesaw ended up being one of the most exciting backyard additions I’ve made in a while. I was drawn to the rotating feature and the wide age range—it seemed like a toy that could grow with my kids and offer a bit more than the average up-and-down teeter totter.Assembly was straightforward, though I’d recommend giving yourself at least 45 minutes and a bit of space. The instructions were clear enough, and all the parts were well-labeled. Once it was put together, it immediately felt solid and safe. The metal frame doesn’t wobble, and everything locks into place tightly.The 360-degree swivel motion adds a really fun twist—literally. It turns the seesaw into a spinning ride, almost like a carnival attraction, and it keeps my kids engaged longer than a traditional one might. I appreciated that it still has the up-and-down motion while letting them spin at the same time, making it feel fresh every time they play.In terms of size, it’s generous. The 68.5-inch length allows plenty of room for kids to sit comfortably, and the handles are easy to grip even for smaller hands. I’ve had kids ranging from age 2 to 11 try it, and they’ve all had a blast. It’s low enough to the ground to feel safe for the younger ones, but still fun enough for the older ones not to get bored.It works best on grass or soft surfaces where the base can settle a little. On hard surfaces like concrete or decking, it may slide slightly during more aggressive play, so I recommend adding rubber footing or anchoring it if that’s where it will live. I also wouldn’t recommend leaving it out fully exposed long-term—it looks like it would benefit from a weather cover or some protection from the elements.What stood out to me most was how often my kids go back to it. It’s not one of those toys that gets forgotten after a week. It encourages cooperation, takes some coordination to spin smoothly, and just plain gets them laughing and active.If you’ve got the space, this is a great investment for active, imaginative play. My twins absolutely adore this piece of equipment!
My twins love this toy more than anything else. The instructions were tedious and didn’t really work, I mainly did my own thing and it made it much more sturdy in the rebuild. The size is great and can hold a ton of weight, we had nearly 300lbs and it seems to be holding together very well. Can’t complain about the colors chosen, and the paint looks really good and holds very well. Super fun toy for kids, and the best thing for twins.

Sturdy, Safe, and Tons of Fun
We set this seesaw up in our backyard, and my kids (ages 4 and 7) have been on it non-stop. Assembly was straightforward and took about 30 minutes with the included tools. I was impressed with the quality of the materials-the steel frame feels very sturdy and the plastic seats are durable. It feels much safer than old-school playground seesaws. The stopper pole under each seat prevents it from hitting the ground too hard, which is a great safety feature. It also rotates 360 degrees, which adds a whole other level of spinning, dizzying fun for the kids. It’s been a fantastic addition to our backyard playset and is a great way to get them to play together
