Helps me a LOT
As a new parent this has been a literal lifesaver for me. I’m calmer, the ppd/ppa/ocd isn’t as bad, I can roll with the punches better and I’m a better mom because of it.I bought this on impulse and it’s made a night and day difference in my ability to cope.As a bonus, it smells like aromatherapy that was used during meditation for mindfulness in therapy (which is both nostalgic and soothing), and the taste is equally pleasant.

Love this tea. Helps calm my anxiety during pregnancy and sleep a lot better. It’s a bonus that it tastes great! Get ready for instant calm with this tea.Update: Still working through third trimester faithfully! Just buy it. I have struggled with anxitey my whole life Now I’m 4 months pregnant with my second child and I bet you can only Imagine the Anxiety with everything going on I have been off my meds for all four months so far and it’s because of this tea !!! I drink a cup every night and immediately after I’m done I feel so relaxed and I fall asleep within 5 to ten minutes I can’t believe how good it works !!!! It’s a must try !!!! Oh and it tastes yummy 🙂 so glad I came across this tea ❤️

Absolutely A-MAZING!
There’s no one thing I like about this tea there’s MULTIPLE reasons, one being is this tea tastes PHENOMENAL, adding to the fact that it ACTUALLY does help with challenges of pregnancy (insomnia to be more specific).
