    Aqua Equipment GAME CHANGER
I don’t write reviews. Read them, yes. Write them, nah. However, this aqua exercise bag is a Game Changer!! I’ve been looking for aquatic training equipment for sometime. Something more challenging than the typical water resistant dumbbells, pool noodles, or kick boards. These items serve their purpose for sure. However, I was looking for something that was substantial in weight and solid in structure. Something that would not damage the pool floor when I released or dropped it, following a rep/set. Actual weight training equipment. Something not based on resistance training, but rather on weight training. If you are looking for the same type of thing, the AquaBLAST is your answer. If you are familiar with weightlifting sandbags or core bags, this workout tool is very similar, but keenly designed for use in the pool. Instead of being filled with sand, it’s filled water. It is well made out of substantial, water resistant material and has been smartly constructed. Easy to fill/drain. Floats very well if you choose to use the flotation “disk”, which is provided. The tether seems to be well made also, but I haven’t actually used it yet. This equipment always me to perform a number of various leg, shoulder, arm and ab exercises. Exercise suggestions and visual cards come in the carrying case, along with an air pump and the flotation “disk”. I tend to focus on lunges, squats and various chest/shoulder presses. I think it’s a tool in which you can use your imagination and creativity to create a long list of exercises that work for you. After having back and knee pain for decades, and numerous visits to both orthopedic doctors and physical therapy offices, this piece of equipment has been an amazing find for me. Buoyancy is the key to mobility and security for me personally. Being able to stand in waist deep water, while squatting, pushing, and pulling this bag is a dream come true. The 20L bag is approximately 45lbs when filled. If you want a piece of aqua exercise equipment that fits all of the boxes, this is for you. Game Changer!!

    5 Stars +
Service—10 stars. Quality—10 stars. Fun—-10 starsI live in Thailand and loved my daily Muay Thai until my dr told me I had to stop. I had not found anything that fully replaced the cardio, strength and fun of those sessions. AquaBlast has filled that hole. Great fun workout that my body can handle without getting injured. The quality is beyond any expectation. And the service. Again beyond expectations. I ship many items from USA to Thailand and this was the easiest transaction…plus great advice on how to make the workout even better. Truly amazing.

    Aquatic Workout Fun
I bought my AquaBlast 20l on Amazon a few weeks ago and he’s now named Mr. Bag. While I can and do swim occasionally, I’ve been a deep water runner for over a decade and typically get in the water five days a week. I guess I just love the fighting the water aspect of deep water exercise. I’ve never used a buoyancy belt, ride a subskate board quite often for a core workout as I do in this video and focus on mobility but I’ve wanted to add some type of strength training so when I saw this I immediately purchased it. All of the lifeguards, coaches and teachers see it and ask me all kinds of questions. I’m in the process of designing a totally deep water routine with Mr. Bag and have been having loads of fun trying. Can’t wait to use it with my son who has profound Autism. I think he’ll really dig it.Thank you inspiring me to try something different.

    Good workout
A little too heavy, but great concept

One lung full of air and it’s ready.
My 13 year old and I beat the stuffing out of this out-of-the box, and he got a good all-around sensory workout going full-on MMA on it, then hauling it out of the water to throw it back in to evaluate splash-magnitude. ASD kids need this kind of activity, which would be inappropriate with a human partner. The pool is a great place to get this “sensory diet” pushing, pulling, lifting, and – yes- even punching and kicking with supervision. His enthusiasm will probably wane, but I bought it for myself. I’ve been too sedentary because of changes to my business over the last two years, and the low impact pool workout is very appealing as I make my come-back.The bag is just what they described, heavy duty enough to take abuse and with enough grips for the wide array of exercises on the website videos. I only wish the videos were better organized, and I found nothing but glimpses of how to use the teathers and harness that came in the bag.If new to water aerobics like me – I’m clueless – you can watch the videos to get ideas and then design your own routines. I expect to use it year round in south Florida.

    Great
    Easy to use

    Great concept – bad engineering
Three words I ignored: MADE IN CHINA.Weak points: Zipper will not last long. Too hard to close properly. Material will not last long in chlorineated water and can’t stand up to being hit often. Weights should NOT be on the bottom. Incorporated into the sides should work better. Useless for boxing. Like hitting a bag of jello. Too much air, it floats funny, too little and it has no resistance.
