This ornament is just beautiful!! Itβs a perfect gift for anyone! I bought several ornaments for an engagement gift and this by far was the most special.Some of the others (from different vendors) didnβt even come with hanging ties. This came wrapped with care in a proper box. (hate to have to say that but youβd be very surprised at what I received from other businessesπ)I made a mistake and ordered 2 instead of 1. Tried to correct the mistake before it went out, thought I did.The day after my order I got a message on my phone from the company. A woman was inquiring about the print that I wanted on the ornaments. On 1 I had written βUpper caseβ and the other βlower caseβ she wanted to know which I preferred?At this point I realized that on my order it still said that I wanted 2 of that same ornament.The woman left me a message, when I called right back to tell her I only wanted ONE !! No one answered the phone, nor could I leave a message. I tried several times in the next few days to contact them to cancel the second one to no avail. It was impossible to reach them and I never got a call backπI am giving them 3 starsβ¦Although the ornament is beautiful and Iβm sure my newly engaged friends are going to love itβ¦..I canβt imagine that they need TWO of the EXACT same ornament that saysAnn & Kevin βOur First Christmasβ 2023!πI wish they would have called me about the duplicate question instead.!! Maybe I would have purchased another ornament from them!Very disappointed about that!If anyone knows of an Ann & Kevin getting married soon I have a beautiful ornamentβ¦ 1/2 price! π€£
