    Soothing and minty
Great minty flavor would like some berry notes. Soothing and relaxing for menstrual cycle.

    Flavor is 10/10!
First of all, I LOVE the flavor of this tea. It’s like a slightly sweeter version of my typical peppermint tea with some floral notes. If you enjoy peppermint, you’ll enjoy this tea!The ingredients are similar to what you find in other holistic “cycle support” products (e.g., Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf). The only discrepancy I noticed between the product listing and the actual product is that hibiscus is NOT listed as an ingredient on the product itself. I don’t know if it’s actually the ingredients that make me sleepy, or the fact that I exclusively drink tea before bed and have accidentally conditioned myself for all tea to make me sleepy – but I would avoid drinking this tea before driving, etc. until you know how it affects you!Know that this tea comes in pre-portioned, STRINGLESS sachets. I would strongly recommend sticking the sachets in a tea ball (if you have one) for easy steeping and retrieval. It’s a small detail, but I love that these come in a resealable bag for clean and convenient storage.I feel as though there is ample information included on how to best use this tea.I haven’t been using this product for long enough to notice any “effects.” If there is anything notable, I will update my review to include it. For now, I am giving this product 5 stars because it is affordable and delicious! If anything else were to come out of drinking this, it would just be the icing on the cake.

  3. Bluewave

Mild flavor – seems to help
I have drunk several cups of this tea over the last few days, and it seems to help incrementally. The taste is mellow and not overpowering. To me, the first notes are spearmint and chamomile with hints of ginger and rosehips. Since I am not a big fan of fennel, I am glad that it does not come through too much.I usually use one tea bag in my extra large tea mug in the afternoons, and it feels quite relaxing. Over the last few days, some of my symptoms have improved slightly. Would I wish that one cup could get my hormones back in balance? Sure. However, they did not get out of balance in a day either, so I just have to be patient. The good thing is that I like the taste and have already seen slight improvements.

    Very soothing
The tea surprised me because I wasn’t sure how the mix of flavors would come together. The spearmint and chamomile are what I noticed first, kind of calming, then the hibiscus sneaks in with a tart note that makes it less flat. I tried it a few nights in a row and it did feel soothing before bed, especially on days when I felt a little bloated or off balance. The bags brew pretty strong even if you don’t leave them in that long, so I’d say start light and adjust. It’s not sweet on its own, but with a little honey it’s way easier to drink. The taste is more herbal than fruity, so if you’re expecting something like flavored tea, it’s not that, but it does feel comforting to sip on when you need it.

  5. riseandvine

    Cute concept but doesn’t deliver
I didn’t find this tea to be very potent or flavorful when brewed as directed. I use 2 bags because just one doesn’t pack a punch. That said, the flavor is nice. I get more chamomile and hibiscus than anything. I can’t comment on the efficacy of it balancing hormones because it is against the rules for Vine reviews. But I have not noticed a difference in the way I feel, for better or worse.$12.99 for 30 tea bags is not cheap. I don’t think the price is justifiable personally. Especially since I need to use 2 bags, so we are talking $13 for 15 cups. But if money is no object and you are a fan of these flavors, could be worth a try.

  6. Pure

    Strong herbal flavor
I tried the tea, hoping it would help with PMS and general hormonal support. The blend of spearmint, hibiscus, and chamomile is soothing, with a fresh, minty flavor that I really enjoyed. However, the taste is more herbal than fruity, which might not be to everyone’s liking. The tea does have a calming effect, especially when I’ve felt bloated or off balance. It’s easy to brew, and the tea bags are strong enough to give a robust flavor, even when steeped briefly. I found that adding a bit of honey makes it more enjoyable. While I can’t comment on the tea’s efficacy in balancing hormones, it does not taste too bad. It’s a bit pricey, but if you enjoy minty, herbal teas, it’s worth a try.

  7. David B

    Tasty relaxing tea
I really enjoy this product. The tea tastes amazing and is similar to a hibiscus flavor. I have tried it before bed for the last week and have noticed it helps me wind down and relax. It has definitely been great to have with these cooler nights.

  8. Kerin A.

    Decent taste
This Hormone Balance for Women Tea with Spearmint, Red Raspberry Leaf, Hibiscus, Chamomile, Ginger, Nettle – Herbal Hormonal Wellness Tea Bags has a light, but decent taste. The ingredients are appealing overall and the tea is easy to brew. I am not sure it provides the benefits stated. The price is on the higher end for tea. The packaging is appealing.
