Keep Warm does not work- Update!
Update: the company contacted me and sent a replacement warmer. We have used it for 9 months without any issue. We have not even had to descale it! We use the nursery water or distilled water in it and have not had any further issues. Customer service through their Amazon store was fantastic!Original review: I was so excited to get this warmer. It does an okay job on the fast warm setting and is very easy to clean/maintain. The 24 hour keep warm function does not work. That was the whole reason I purchased this warmer. I have tried using it on the 24 hour setting and the fast warm (it automatically switches to “Keep Warm” after the fast warming is done. I have come out only 3-4 hours later to find the warmer turned itself off and a wasted bottle. In a time when formula is hard to come by, it is frustrating. I emailed the company for support over a week ago and have had no response. It works really well for the fast warming, but does not live up to the keep warm hype.*Edit: The company responded to my review and sent a message. They are sending a replacement warmer. It seems like the best way to contact them is through their storefront on Amazon and they respond promptly!

This is the best bottle warmer! My daughter bought a very expensive, fancy one. After using mine, she gave her expensive one away and ordered this one. It works perfectly and is super easy to use! As a grandmother, I use it for frozen breast milk and formula warm ups. It works perfectly for either!

I’ve had this for four months now and I’ve waited to review until I really used it and I LOVE it.My favorite feature is the 24 hour setting. When I go to bed I place his bottle with just water in it inside the warmer and when he wakes up he has a already warmed bottle and I just place the next bottle in there for when he wakes up again.It can sanitize quickly instead of using a pan to boil water, or the bottle sterilizer, you can easily pop the pacifier or bottle nipple in there and it does it quickly. It comes with a basket to lift the items out of it.It also heats up food. We’ve started baby food and when you put the jar in the fridge to use it later, it needs to be warmed up and it’s so easy to place it in there and hit one button and it warms it up easily for you.It’s not bulky nor takes up much space. I take it in the bedroom at night for night feedings and it fits on my night stand easily, doesn’t have bright lights that would be annoying while trying to sleep.One of the best baby items I’ve bought! It also came in very quickly. It has very detailed instructions on how many minutes vs how many ounces.I’ve used this every day for four months and it has had no problems! This is the one to get, look no further!!

Works Great, But Randomly Turns Off
I got this months before my son was actually born, and have used it since he was born. It’s very convenient to use for heating up cold bottles. The fast heat feature is nice but you do have to be very mindful of the bottle material or bag material as it can get too hot. I use the 24-hour feature more than anything right now and have had a constant issue that it will randomly turn off. It’s not from low water level or anything as I have already checked everything it could be. I normally keep it on overnight so that I can keep his bottle warmed for night feeds, but have woken up to feed him to find that it has shut off and now the bottle is at room temp (70*F). Definitely an annoyance and frustrating to deal with at 2-3 AM with a screaming infant. It has randomly turned off during the day as well.

Size is more than I could ask for, can be taken anywhere. It’s also worth the money, has no smell other than if you don’t add water and turn it on easy to clean and safe.

No Lid like the last warmer i ordered.
**Update- after emailing the company asking about the lid…. Why i don’t have one and how to get one. The responded withina couple of hours saying they apologize and if i can send pictures of what the issue is. 🤨So i sent them a picture with the warmer that has the lid and the warmer that doesn’t have a lid and explained “NO LID”, that’s the issue. Its now been 48 hours and no response back. So customer service don’t seem to be the best. 😒~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I bought one of these about two years ago and the one I bought at that time had a lid on top of it. I absolutely love it. I needed a second one so that way my parents had one and I had one at my house so I re-ordered the warmer. I just received it today and there is no lid on top of it.I use the 24 hour feature frequently so I like to keep the lid on top of it to prevent anything falling into the water and also to keep Animal hair and dust out out of it. I also have cats so keeping the lid on it is a little extra I guess you can say peace of mind that they are not getting into the water or messing with the baby’s bottle. Plus doesnt it make sense if you are needing the bottle and water to stay a certain temp, to have a lid on it vs just open where the steam and whatever just goes into the air?I have contacted the company asking about a lid since that was one of the major deciding factors for me to purchase this. I am hoping they send me one, if not then I will be returning this and looking for a bottle warmer that has a lid and hopefully all the same features.I will be happy to update my review rating if I’m able to get a lid.

The first time the milk was burnt. You have to feed the baby close to the device otherwise it’s not convenient. Plus the electric outlet it’s not suitable for UAE
