Good and durable
Got this to replace my baby brezza because it got moldy. Ew. This is simple and durable, good quality and functional. It has different temperatures for baby formulas , I choose 104 which is just right. Affordable and I would pick this over a brezza any day after owning both. Believe me, the brezza is too much maintenance and becomes a headache. No leakage. The only issue is the top is plastic when I wish it was something healthier. Overall good product!

Its not just for babies
To be clear, I did not purchase this to heat formula or anything related to a baby.A few years ago, my ENT doctor recommended a sinus rinse to help with my chronic congestion due to seasonal allergies. She suggested the Sinus rinse packets, which can be bought anywhere. The key piece she recommended was using distilled water instead of tap water. With tap water, there’s a rare chance of introducing bacteria, parasites, and even amoebas, potentially leading to serious medical issues.Well, using distilled water was problematic due to heating it. You cannot rinse with water that’s too hot or cold—it’s incredibly uncomfortable. I tried microwaving the water—terrible idea. I’ve read several articles that say never to microwave water due to the inconsistent temperature throughout the same glass, but I tried anyway. I tried heating the water on the stove—I had to wait for it to cool off, and it took too long.Well, the other day, I had an epiphany and started researching electric kettles, which led me to this. The bottom line—it’s perfect. I pour the water into the chamber, select the temperature and in a few minutes, I have perfectly heated distilled water for my sinus rinse. It’s a game changer for this area.Update – after using this a few months I have one problem- the heat selector knob doesn’t lock. More than once I’ve changed the temperature or turned off when wiping it down. The knob moves super easy and with virtually no resistance.

Cheaper Convenience Greater Quality
So far we absolutely love this water heater. The convenience it has provided for those late night delirious feeding to have properly heated consistent water. It’s easy to set up, easy to use easy to clean and make that newborn stage a little easier. The water tank has a decent storage capacity and decent quality. The night light make for easier night feeding as not to fully wake you or your baby. The only slight negative is once you’ve used the faucet where the water comes from does lightly drip but nothing a peice of folded paper towel that’s stationed there can’t fix. The drip is equivalent to like 5 water droplets so in the grand scheme of things not a big deal.

I’ve had this warmer for a little over 2 months and I love it! I’ve never had an issue it warms up water super fast! Super easy to clean overall just so easy. Makes my life so much easier I absolutely love this thing! It’s not too big either it doesn’t take up much space! I recommend!!!

It’s good
It’s a good product but has leakage issue with the one I got and also couldn’t see the numbers on the baby bottles when I would place it inside the dispenser (because the dispenser is black and the numbers and lines are black too), so it’s better to get the white one if you will be using it at night for your baby’s formula bottles.

As stated, the device broke down in less than two months. I recently noticed that other customers have had the same bad experience. The seller refuses to replace or refund the defective device, even though it is still new and failed prematurely. This is very poor customer service—they only seem to care about making money.!!!
