8 Pills a Day! Ensure to spread it out, with food!
I am content with FullWell as a brand overall, but it is getting quite difficult to take 8 pills a day. You’ll need to ensure you spread it out! But the pills themselves are pretty easy to take. I know FullWell is one of the best comprehensive prenatal vitamins, so I am overall satisfied with this journey of taking care of my body!

EXPIRED VITAMINS and awful taste
Very comprehensive formula with great ingredients…. I just literally can’t stand taking them anymore. They smell and taste horrible and 8 pills a day is HORRENDOUS. it feels like a punishment. I wasn’t even able to take them at all when I was extremely nauseous. I love all of the ingredients in these but I will be switching to pure encapsulations bc it’s 2 caps per day and I can add in extra choline, calcium, & magnesium without the awful smell and aftertasteEDIT: After reading other bad reviews, I realized my batch had expired too!!!!!! I am so mad!!! Choking down these pills and the actual nutrients have degraded!!! Wow.

Totally worth taking 8 pills
As a registered dietitian in the prenatal space, this is definitely my favorite prenatal on the market. I take it before, during, and after pregnancy. Totally worth taking 8 pills a day (I split into 2 doses) to not have to take extra magnesium, choline, vit d, etc that other prenatals are lacking in adequate amounts. Great company and owner as well.
