    It has everything you could need !
    This is perfect I started a new way of life with good sleep. Water, and good food , and no sugar..Thos book stays in my bathroom so every morning I can get on my scale and hot down my fry weight and monthly my body’s measurements its just perfect and i feel this will help a ton when I go on vacation …. cus I will have everything in my hand and know forget what I need to track… and the calendar may get way more use then tooo lol

    I bought this journal to track my food, water intake, and daily activity, and it’s been a great tool for staying motivated and organized. There are plenty of pages, and the paper quality is just right, not too thick or too thin, and easy to write on with any pen or pencil. It’s simple, effective, and really helps me stay focused on my health goals. The only small downside is that it came shrink-wrapped, which felt like unnecessary plastic packaging. But overall, I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to build better habits.
