I have sever Gout in many parts of my body due to Heredity And And And extensive diuresis My hands are exceptional sore so I spill things a lot And this keeps my clothing very nice So And also helps with the wash because I don’t get stains on my Clothing especially things with tomatoes ect. This is my second order of the Terry Cotton Adult Bib (3 Pack). I truly do think that items such as these perform a valuable service beyond what one might think at first glance. And yes that previous sentence was a ‘word dribble’ pretty much like the inadvertent food dribbles that guys (usually ages 6-84) often experience. The value of these Bibs however is that once we start wearing more expensive shirts, sweaters, pants, etc all that dribbling moves from embarrassing, to expensive, to jeez I just bought this! [And yes, like most guys I have a soup-dribbled, salsa-dribbled, ice cream (or even coffee!) dribbled museum of clothing; from Amazon (Essentials) to Orvis (not so essential, but looked really good in the catalog) to Wrangler (look good, still functional and outstanding).] Which is the real value here. Not that we’re roomed up in a public facility where people throw pudding, but that we can save a lot of wear and tear (and spots and runs and cleaning bills) on the clothing we actually wear out into the real world (instead of having to place them in that museum of clothing otherwise know as ‘that’ll never come out’ or ‘is this yet another pile for the dry cleaner?’) So in summary: good quality, good value, good use, and smart purchase — too bad they don’t make a formal one for weddings, or banquets or receiving your Nobel prize. I like these so much, I even got one of the little ones so that fit Alexa (so she can sit closer to the food and not be splattered.) (ok, don’t go looking for that last one, I just made it up.) but do give these a try — they cost a little, and if you’re wearing one during that very first drip of creamy soup aimed directly at your prized wool sweater, you’ll be saying: hey, lets get another pack of these Bibs things.

Expect to replace Velcro.
These work well, but the Velcro closure ( shown on the description as hook and loop) comes off in the wash and has to be replaced. Would be better with a big button.

Nice size – poor quality
We use these every day for my elderly mom. They cover well and wash well. However the quality is poor and they have began to unravel and fray around the edges after less than a year. They serve their purpose though.
