I’ve had this journal for 6 months. It’s the first time that I’ve consistently filled out a journal. I modify it and use it as a weekly journal instead of a daily. One of my favorite parts about the journal is that every week it has me focusing on self-care and making sure that I am prioritizing self-care. The questions that they ask vary from page to page. The journal doesn’t feel like a huge time sink, but instead just taking a moment to set your intentions and review what you have completed during the week. There are some blank pages in the back which are helpful for keeping task list or recipes. Whatever floats your boat. And I like the self-assessment at the beginning of the journal

I love the purple color, it’s the perfect size, fits nicely into my side pocket of my nightstand, love that it has the pen loop to keep it organized. I love the week in review feature, then the monthly growth plan as well. The price was great especially given all of the features it has. Helps show me my growth, or lack of it, asks thought provoking questions to really make you think about yourself. Comes with 3 sets of stickers also.Easy to use, starts on Sunday and week end on Saturday. Starts the day off with today’s main goal, self-care act for the day, I am grateful for, today my affirmation is, a schedule and to do list.Then the evening reflection has your sleep hours, screen time, vitamins, water, caffeine drinks, fruits and veggies, mood, energy, activity, how I felt today, 2 make you really think questions and I’m looking forward to. The week in review changes which is a nice option as well.I wish it was a 6 month or even yearly over being just 4 months is about the only negative thing I can say about it! Even though this is my 2nd one, I’m looking forward to going back and comparing what I wrote in the pervious one to see if I’ve grown and changed!

Lots of variety, super useful journal!
I am so excited for this Clever Fox 90 Day Self Care Journal. Most gratitude/self care journals just have the same page set up with the same questions on repeat for all the pages, and it gets so boring and I usually just give up on them. This repetition may work for some, but for me, I need variety to keep me engaged. This guided journal offers new prompts and questions daily, for the full 90 days!There are pages to create your life balance pie chart, so you can learn what aspects of your life are bringing you joy, or the parts that are stressful or nonexistent, so you can work to identify ways to improve that slice of your life.There are goal setting pages, weekly review and reflection sections, areas for setting intentions and how you are going to attain them… Basically everything!And to top it all off the journal itself is beautiful, sturdy, and comes with stickers to put on your vision board and to use throughout the journal.This will be a great tool for your own personal growth, or if you’re working in a clinical setting, to aid in a hands on approach to client education as well.

La calidad del papel de este diario es muy buena, sobre todo si usas plumones o pluma fuente. Sin embargo, y reconozco que de mi error pues no me fijé, no sé porqué está limitado a solo 90 días. Lo compré pensando que sería mi herramienta para rastrear mis hábitos todo el año. No creo volver a comprarlo.
