Noticed my toddler watching fruit cutting videos on Youtube kids, so I thought I’d surprise him with a set for Christmas. He opened this present and didn’t even care about the rest of the unwrapped gifts under the tree. He played with this fruit set the entirety of the day. Now he wants to help me in the kitchen when I’m meal prepping. It’s great in teaching kids the motor skills that come with being able to use the wooden knife properly without worry that he’ll hurt himself. It has been three months and he is already so much better with coordination of cutting the fruits and veggies. He’s even learned all the names of the fruits and veggies, and asks me to get real ones for him to eat!
