    Fresh Fitness and Wellness Goals
    Just bought the Wellness Tracker. I was interested in the fact that it is for my age group and for any fitness level. I wanted to start the new year keeping a log of where I started. It can easily show me and encourage me to make a fresh start each day. I can see my progress and my lapses (oh well!) and I log the reasons for those as well. It is very user friendly and the simple layout only takes a few minutes to see where I was and how much progress I make each day or week. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a fresh start.

    A TRACKER ANYBODY COULD USE, NO MATTER THE AGE
    This wellness tracker states that it’s for adults 50 to 80 plus years of age, but anyone would benefit from using this tracker.It comes with inspiration in the front of it, a table of contents, and tons of space for you to record your feelings and thoughts, as well as daily space with prompts that you check off to record your physical activity, the food you eat, and a place for you to establish your goals. My favorite is the ACTIVITY TRACKER because it allows you to track any movement, not just movement on an exercise machine.It offers 10 weeks of daily tracking and it comes with a small package of re-stickable page tabs (which I find is an unnecessary item to be included with this tracker). The information on the pages and the writing spaces are large enough for you to comfortably log all information.All in all, it’s a great tracker and I highly recommend anyone on or beginning a new fitness journey to own.

    Evergreen Wellness has made my life better! I have used several of their fitness programs .I love the 8 minute workouts – especially the upper body strength building segments !! So important to gain Muscle!. I have started using the brand new Fitness and Nutrtion tracker . I use it to set goals , plus record the food I eat and activity I do. It keeps me ACCOUNTABLE.  I recommend you buy it too !!

    Excellent Planner for Tracking wellness
    I purchased this planner because I need to be held accountable in order to stay healthy, lol. This planner did the trick. I tracked my food and my exercise everyday as well as wrote motivational statements to myself. The planner is very well laid out and makes the process very easy. I used different color ink and had a lot of fun tracking everything. I definitely recommend this journal for your wellness journey.
