Great tea!
The taste is good hot or cold. I added it with coconut water and agave for a hydration boost.I used this during the last few weeks of my pregnancy along with eating dates an I felt like it helped in my labour and postpartum.

No ginger and not sweet! Just what I needed.
I needed a tea without ginger and this fit the bill. I am in my first trimester and very sick, unable to drink water. I can drink this, however. It is not sweet, but slightly minty in flavor, which is also something I need right now. A+ product. I already love Throat Coat by this company.

Delicious!
Delicious, delicate and balances flavor, tastes much better than the raspberry leaf but not as high concentration as the raspberry leaf tea. I love the peppermint and other herbs in here. It was nice to sip on this one in between the raspberry.

Very Tasty
I got this tea as an alternative to a tea my midwives suggested I make because I can’t have Oatstraw (food allergy) and this had everything in it but the oat straw. I was particularly pleased that with the mint it actually tastes good, too! It makes really yummy sweet iced tea, which is also nice since you’re supposed to drink a lot of it. Baby hasn’t come out yet, but hopefully it will be effective in reducing bleeding/hemorrhaging, etc…but there’s really no way to quantify that.

Pregnancy Tea
The tea is very helpful for all three trimesters of pregnancy. First helps with morning sickness, second helps with ligament stretching and third helps your delivery. It made my life so much better using it that I now get it for friends that become pregnant. Just be aware of the shipping cost I checked the shipping and chose .99 for each box and was charged 15.99 for over night which I had not chosen from Vitamin shoppe.

Tried other brands and they just don’t have the robust flavor this one does. Love this tea for all sorts of reasons including indigestion.
