Perfect starter kit for beginners—great quality
I’m new to sourdough and bread making in general, and wanted a kit that would make the process less frustrating, and this one really delivered. I use the plastic scraper for stretch and folds, and the metal one for shaping on the counter—both have made a huge difference in keeping the dough from sticking to my hands. Those two tools alone have made things so much easier. I was honestly surprised by how good the quality is across the whole kit. Everything feels sturdy and well-made. The stencils were a fun bonus and give my loaves that artisanal look I never thought I’d pull off as a beginner. Really happy with this purchase. Great value.The only thing that’s annoying is cleaning the dough whisk, but I guess that’s to be expected. I soak it in some water and then use a little scrubber brush to get in all the tiny spaces.

Great hobby baker gift!
This set is awesome, but the customer service is even better! I didn’t receive the blades and the customer service team offered to make it right. When I wrote in about a question on cleaning the basket, it was my mistake, but they offered to help me anyway. The look of the baskets seem professional and quality. I haven’t used every piece because I have a few of the items already but I loved the proofing baskets. It definitely makes the proofing process easier. I also love the dough whisk. That’s a nice added bonus that helps a lot too. Overall, the functionality has been very good and helps a lot. I’m excited to continue to get a lot of use out of this kit. It was a gift for my first mother’s day and it was a very great kit to receive. I highly recommend the kit for the value and for the exceptional customer service I’ve received.

Great Kit for Baking Fresh Bread at Home
I love baking bread, and the first thing I’ll do with this kit is make my favorite wheat bread using the oval basket. The round basket I’ll save for rustic rye, and sourdough will be my next project. The baskets are made of natural rattan and look very solid. The scoring tool is easy to hold, makes clean cuts, and really helps the bread open up nicely.I like that the kit has everything you need in one set, and cleanup is simple. When the bread comes out of the oven, the whole house fills with that amazing fresh bread smell — nothing beats it.Overall, this is a great kit for home bakers.
