This is my 2nd one and I love this thing. I just had my son and bought another one. Just help keep everything in. Helps me sweat while I do cardio. The waist sizing is pretty accurate I will say if you are in between a medium and small get the small, I should have got the small but it’s fine I’ll survive. The hold is great you can really adjust it to be tight. The coverage it nice as well and I fell supported will I work out as well, I don’t fell like it will open or slip down.

Nice quality waist trimmer. It didn’t fit me how I liked and it was a little itchy on me. Unfortunately I had to return. However, it is nice quality, very adjustable, Velcro strength is outstanding. It does compress and help with sweat retention all while supporting your body.

Full coverage and Comfy
Length is definitely long and wide! Covers my whole belly, I definitely should’ve went down a size but that’s okay. At the time of starting wearing I am 5’4” and was 200lbs. This thing definitely helps break a sweat. I use it with the heat cream around my stomach because my lower belly always stays cold when working out and I’m trying to target that the most. Velcro is really strong. I definitely recommend getting the cleaning spray. Super comfortable to wear during workouts.

If you want to sweat this is the prefect tool for you ! I have two of these and they are awesome ! Started working out recently and when you wear this your literally sweating off everything ! So we all saw these kind of belts in different stores and they kind of all look the same. I thought so too until I tried Sweet Sweat.Like everyone else I started working out frequently during lockdown and I saw this belt so I ordered it. And I don’t regret it.Comfort: I ordered size medium and it is awesome. I was size 36-37 I would say prior. Now I am 34 and it still works great. It feels nice against the body not like other belts.Belt provides great support for lower back when performing exercises and at the same time helps you to sweat and get rid of water weight accumulated in your body.Another great thing is that it is super easy to clean. It comes with a baggie that you put it in and throw it in washing machine.Honestly don’t go any further, don’t spend money on any other belts and just get this one.

We bought these to use in conjunction with the smart hoops we purchased. It is a game changer. The hoop rotates around them smoothly and we sweat a ton!! We also use them for weights and core training! Great product!
