EVEN BETTER THAN EXPECTED!
I always have some reservations about buying items, especially customized, from overseas sellers. However, this seller far exceeded my expectations. I requested a slight modification to the wording on the sample sign (I contacted the seller about this immediately after my purchase). They responded promptly and sent me a mock-up of the changes. Everything looked good and I accepted. About 2 weeks later I received my sign and it was not correct (it was the unmodified version). HOWEVER, the very next day I received another sign exactly as shown in the mock-up. I was very impressed they caught the error immediately on their own and corrected it.The sign itself is fantastic! Even better than expected. The metal is thicker, heavier, and more rigid than I anticipated. I expected that it might be a bit flimsy, but it’s not all all. Very sturdy! The paint covering the sign seems to be applied quite well. The design is well cut without any flaws and looks exactly as pictured. All of the mounting hardware was included.This seller really does a great job and I would highly recommend them! (Photos to follow)
