Convenient and high quality
I love the individual packets because they make it so easy to grab and go without having to separate the capsules from different bottles. They are easy on my stomach, which is a huge plus. The taste and smell isn’t the greatest, but it’s hardly noticeable. They’re much better than others I have tried!

A quality prenatal!
I really loved this product! Working in the healthcare industry, I know supplements often combine so many minerals that the actual amount of each one gets diluted. What I appreciate about Perelel is that the nutrients are thoughtfully divided across 5 different pills. This way, you’re not only getting a wider variety but also a higher concentration of the minerals and nutrients your body actually needs. 10/10 would recommend!

Smells bad, made me sick
I tried these vitamins after seeing all of the positive ads and interviews with the makers. Well these were not for me. They smelled awful. Having to swallow 4 pills left me nauseated and extremely bloated with mild to moderate headaches which started after taking the first pack. I had these symptoms every day when I took these vitamins. After 2 weeks of these vitamins, I went back to my previous vitamins and all of the sick feelings went away.

Helped my nausea, slight vitamin smell/taste that could bother some
I was a bit hesitant to try these after reading reviews of nauseous expectant mamas struggling with the smell/aftertaste of these, but I really wanted them to work as they were some of the only pre-natals I found that have the extra Vitamin B6 to help with nausea. So far it has helped my nausea! I purposely take them with food and water and at a time of day when I am not very nauseous. If you are someone who is very nauseous all day every day, these might not be for you. They do have a slight off-putting vitamin smell that you can taste if you burp an hour or two after taking them. It hasn’t bothered me so far, but I could see it bothering some people. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish there were fewer pills to take every day and Amazon needs to do a better job packing it for shipping. The box arrived very beat up, which is annoying because it is supposed to hold the packs as a dispenser for ease of use.

Game changer
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this one was important. I had been taking a different prenatal and was constantly sick and extremely tired—though that wasn’t necessarily the fault of the vitamin itself. After switching to this one for just a week, I realized how much my body had been missing. Over the past week, I’ve noticed a big boost in energy, and my nausea has nearly disappeared. Truly a game changer!

Great for travel
Great for travel! Each day has its own packet so no need to pack a huge bottle or count out vitamins. Haven’t caused me any extra nausea so far. It does have more garbage but keeps everything fresh until right when you take it. Wish it had more calcium. Box can open at bottom to pull one out at a time but mine all got turned in shipment so I didn’t use that way. Also makes it harder to split doses it you prefer to take multiple pills (3/day vs 1/day option).

I love these pills
I bought them because my body started rejecting the One a Day pills. I did some research, and Parelel is a clean and more reliable pill, tailored to each stage of pregnancy based on the needs of each trimester. I’ve been using the third trimester pills for a month, and they’ve helped me tremendously (I notice a huge difference) with digestion. My body doesn’t reject them, and they don’t have an unpleasant taste or smell. I no longer have symptoms of constipation. I highly recommend them to those who suffer from constipation during pregnancy. I wish I had used this brand from the first trimester.

The packages that I order from Amazon smell and taste like fish! The ones I order from the manufacturer website don’t have that smell! Why???
