Seem like good quality! I’m 5 feet 4.5 inches tall, 140-145 lbs and I bought a medium. My measurements are 28.5 inch waist, 39 inch hips, and 36 inch bust. The pants appeared small straight out of the bag but they stretch. I definitely don’t want loose workout pants because my lower tummy is a little…jiggly…and I like to be held in during a workout!
