I have heard that the wrist cuffs tend to error on the low side of blood pressure but this can still be a useful tool to track your readings,What surprised me most is the accuracy. I compared the readings with my doctor’s arm monitor during a checkup, and the results were very close. Of course, you need to sit still and follow the instructions carefully, but when used correctly, it’s spot on.

Exactly as described, easy directions to set up. Had to deduct one star because the control buttons are in an awkward spot in relation to the “name” of the buttons.
