This roll-on small bottle with precious oils of Rosemary lavender and peppermint spearmint prevents u from any headache specially migraine ; dab it on your neck temple forehead and wrists ,the beautiful smell rests with u till u fall asleep ,I use it at night but its so.portable u can carry anywhere and use it anytime. My Neurologist recommended I try this supplement. So far so good; time will tell. The comfort stick is lightly scented and easy to apply to the forehead and temples. Keeping my fingers crossed that this will help relieve these debilitating migraine headaches. Have been taking for about two weeks, along with my prescription medication. It turns one’s urine the color of a lemon.

Unfortunately, this product did absolutely nothing for my headaches. I couldn’t feel any cooling sensation at all, and it didn’t help relieve the pain in any way. I was really hoping for some natural relief, but this just didn’t deliver. Disappointed with the purchase.
