    Accentuate the positive…
    I love that this journal focuses on POSITIVE things. I love that it focuses on self care, and it ‘asks’ how you can do more of that. There is a place for what challenges you and what caused stress, and again, ‘asks’ how you can manage that better.It’s not blank pages. There’s little sections for all kinds of categories. There’s a page for each day to write down whatever you want. There’s a section to track your sleep, your steps, your water/fruits/vegetable intake. Daily goals and schedule and plans.I think the best part is tracking your daily goals and HOW you plan to do that. Having a goal and a means to track it is a huge step.The stickers are fun, too.

    My first journal had a binding issue. I immediately received a replacement with beautiful binding. This is a well made journal and the prompts help my distracted ADHD brain. Love it.

    This is the self-care, 3-month, undated journal and it is so beautiful! The attention to detail and quality is really amazing. It comes with three ribbon bookmarks for easy access to the monthly view calendar, daily two-page spreads, and the monthly review which also has the daily habit tracker chart. It has a dotted grid journal section in the back, an elastic pen holder (pen not included), and a pocket with three pages of stickers to use in the journal on the inside back cover. The logical way this journal is organized combined with its beautiful presentation makes me excited to start using it!

    I have tried clever fox, and focus daily journals as well but this journal is the one I keep coming back to. It has everything I need, and nothing I don’t want. Begins each month with a calendar(sorry I wrote in mine already) then 31 daily pages, an end of month review, and at very end several dotted blank pages. While I was more excited that clever foxs journal asked different daily questions, this ones questions really help me learn about myself and what helps me.
