Great quality and so cute. I had an issue with one of the straps and their customer service was VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK TO REPLY. The bag is easy to clean and durable. I’ve had them for years with my firstborn and quality is still the same.

Love jujube
I love jujube bags. I bought this because I wanted to use it for travel, but I returned it because it was a little oversized for my liking. If I didn’t already have another backpack I would have kept it. Tons of pockets. Just a little too wide…

Not as spacious as it appears. The different carrying option styles are nice though ( thin strap/ thick strap or backpack style). The changing pad can not be easily cleaned which makes washing it very difficult. They need to change the fabric made on the pad to make it helpful and efficient.It’s a nice color and I get compliments on the style!

This bag is soo beautiful and functional. But for some reason, I only got one of the stroller straps. Hoping Jujube sees this so I can update the review, because the bag is soo gorgeous. 2/5Edit: Jujube sent me another set of stroller straps which were more beautiful than the first set. Their customer service was so nice and also sent me a cute little wallet. I will be buying more stuff from Jujube – amazing quality and customer service! 5/5

It’s small
I wanted so much to like this bag. I purchased in November 2024. I didn’t use it till March 2025. My baby was due feb. born Jan, was in the nicu till March 2025. It’s now may 2025 and the straps to the bag already broke! I used it 2 months. I’m a stay at home mom so I only used the bag for doctors appointments. I was leaving the hospital today I had the bag on my back wearing like a back pack and the straps Broke and the bag fell off me and landed on the floor. To say I was embarrassed is an understatement. And it’s not a simple reclip and move on with my life. No, the metal rings broke and it can’t be fixed.The first jujube bag I purchased the backpack style lasted years I was expecting the same quality considering it’s a 200 dollar bag. But to take it out the box and use it for 2 months is ridiculous.On top of that it’s small, it’s a weird shape so it doesn’t pack a lot. The wipes holder is inconvenient especially if you put the bag at the bottom of the stroller. The pockets are small, the front 2 zippers don’t really hold anything because they aren’t deep. I’m not sure if I’ll purchase another jujube bag but I’d definitely won’t be purchasing a b.f.f again. The jujube be right back is the way to go.

Very nice quality and feel
This is very nice quality. The stitching is very well done. The zippers are nice and smooth. The material is very nice, thick, and looks great. The outer material is easy to wipe down. The inner lining is soft, not the same material so isn’t just a smooth wipe down. It is more of a fabric, soft material.There are a wide variety of pockets and areas to keep things organized. Everything is laid out nicely. It isn’t too large or bulky but has good space for everything. The straps are decent and there is padding on the handles.Overall this is a very nice quality, has nice storage and organization, isn’t overly bulky, and looks very nice too. Very pleased.
