I like the monitor. It has a good range of turning. The picture is clear. You can hear or speak to the person in the room you are monitoring. Easy setup. Easily used.

Great display and cameras
Awesome camera system nice clear picture and the screen is great size. Only thing I dont like is the white noise plays through the display and I can’t figure out how to turn that off without turning it off in her room

The screen is big. The camera is great for small area but works best level with the area you want to see. That is not always convenient to mount though. Good night vision and sound.

Worth a try – I got good feedback
Purchased for a first time mother. She really likes it. It gave her the freedom to watch over her son while he was napping and she caught up on other things. She said she thought it was perfect, but I didn’t witness it myself.

Same price as other models but with less quality
I purchased this baby monitor the day my baby was born, since the one we currently had (and were very happy with) wasn’t being sold anymore. After the first month of use, I determined that the quality of the camera was poor, as it is blurry in the night mode and even with light, it is not that clear and the colors are whitewashed. Not only that, but there have been times where the VOX mode doesn’t register that my baby is crying, even in high sensitivity mode (which I wouldn’t even want to use since the sound of a door closing will wake the monitor). I do like that it is secure because there is no wifi connection, and the pan function helps adjust if the kid isn’t in view.Now obviously having a newborn is stressful, particularly in the first month, which meant that by the time I realized these points and had the senses to do something about it, I was just a couple days out from the return period. 🙄 I contacted iFamily via their support email to see if I could exchange the product for their other, similarly priced model, since I still had the box. I received no response after the initial reply and it’s been almost a month since I reached out. I guess they don’t stand by their “premium, 24/7” customer support and satisfaction which is unfortunate.All in all, at this price point or even lower, there are other models that work similarly but have better quality of camera and better VOX wake function.

Love, love, LOVE this monitor! We have used it every day since bringing baby home (shes 2.5m now), and I credit this as the primary reason we have felt comfortable putting baby to sleep in her crib since the 1st night. the battery life is decent, only needing to charge 1x a day and it still works even on the charger. Hubby loves that it’s a closed circuit so it doesn’t need to connect to wifi and we don’t have to worry about security breaches. I love the temperature alarms (haven’t had to use it) and how the monitor tells me what temp her room is. Its easy to set up, and easy to pan the camera around, the sound quality is good, it does make baby look like a demon, but I blame the Paranormal movies for that lol
