Perfect for Postpartum Recovery
Absolutely saved my life postpartum! Perfect fit, not too cold that it was unbearable, soothed and also caught any fluids leaking as well. Worked as a pad and ice pack. Easy to use. Just had to work the beads to one side and squeeze. It’ll have a little pop and then shake to make cold. Loved loved loved. So much relief from the pain, and better than what the hospitals give you. I would highly recommend to just buy in bulk. Will be buying again next pregnancy.

A lifesaver for postpartum pain while navigating the NICU
I recently gave birth to a premature baby who had a NICU stay. It was a forceps delivery and I had second degree tearing. I also had some complications with healing and so had extended pain, which was really difficult in the NICU as I couldn’t be in bed to heal and had to sit in very uncomfortable chairs for my situation. Spending most of my time in the NICU, I wasn’t at home so I didn’t have the option of homemade padsickles. Instant ice pads helped me survive this and tolerate it so I could be with my baby. Initially I was buying the Frida Mom instant ice pads, which are great, but more expensive than these. Since I was absolutely relying on instant ice pads, I was spending so much money on them. I’m so happy I found these as they’re more affordable. I also find the contents to be more liquidy as compared to the Frida Mom pads, meaning I feel like the cool gel flows as I move which I like. The Frida Mom ones are a good product, but I’ve actually come to prefer these, which is great since they are more affordable. So glad I found these.

these are great for perineal but did not get cool enough to help with c section pain if buying for easy ice packs for that.

Generic but good
I like these they were cheaper than others and work! Only issue is they are very hard to pop. The directions say to bend and pop but I twisted it instead and they worked! Hard to do when ur in pain after giving birth but worth it.

NOT cold
I bought these before I had hip surgery so I wouldn’t have to keep asking for fresh ice to keep on my incision. These did not get cold AT ALL. I would have been especially upset if I had bought this post-partum because ice packs made all the difference in my comfort level then. I threw these away.

Work just like the ones they give you in the hospital. Coldness last for about 20 minutes. Great absorbance if there is feminine leakage from surgery.

Good product, but many packs did not work
I tried the first 5 and they did not work. I couldn’t figure out why as I followed all the instructions. I really needed this product to work due to pain after delivery. I kept trying. The rest of packs that worked, worked actually really well. I wish I could give it a 5 star review.
